At. All. It was like I wasn't even in the store! I went back last week and it was totally different. All three employees greeted me, kept asking if I needed assistance, and were eager to tell me about the different brands. I walked out with a pair of boots and a pair of running shoes. Besides the outlet prices (which still aren't the cheapest in this mall), I got another 25% if which ended up being huge! (Honestly. Saved about $50. Saw the same shoe at Scheels later. Not only is he so pleasant, so kind-he does all the work for you, taking shoes on and off, tying them, then says don't worry about the mess I'll take care of it. And he doesn't give up until he finds the shoe you are most satisfied with. But he also helps you understand how to choose the right shoe based on your personal needs. He took care of both my husband and I-then I took my friend in and he did the same thing for her.
