Throw in an exposed water pump that needed protective casing and a manhole cover, and you got yourself a project that really pushes the limits. Bressler's boys came through with flying colors. One does not see the caliber of these workers anymore. Bressler is blessed to have such a crew. Not only did they bust their butts under adverse conditions (heat), they ensured the job was done right to include cleanup at the end of the project. I decided that EMC was the only service that may be able to handle a larger home and booked with them. Very disappointed in the work. I specifically requested a deep clean with attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. I also requested the floors to be cleaned along with the windows. Most of the floors were cleaned well but many were not. All of the windows were done well. The kitchen and bathrooms were only wiped down. Neither the refrigerators nor the oven was pulled back to clean their sides and the flooring underneath the appliances. They did offer to come back and we did our best to show them the deficiencies and they did what we pointed out but much was lacking. It was clear that they are not capable to do deep cleaning. They are fine for weekly wipe down of commercial spaces because you don't live at a work place and no one really monitors the details. As far as house cleaning they are not the company to call. I paid $1500 for a very poor job. Lesson learned. As a side note, they are very nice and friendly but that only goes so far. I should have been offered a refund or better yet they should have never accepted the job.

Diana does a great job in the office and is pleasant and efficient. Evel and his employees cleaned our basement and attic. The basement is unfinished with a concrete floor. The attic is unfinished and had a great deal of dirt and debris. They used a commercial shop vac and then washed the floor. They also cleaned off any items that had been stored for many years and removed some old, broken items. They work industriously and don't leave until you've inspected their work and are satisfied.

I expected the house would be spotless, that every part of the house from the ceilings down to the floor would be wiped, dusted, and vacuumed. I thought, at that price, the house would cleaner than it had been in years. What I got was a 2 person crew (the owners); who swiffered, dusted, vacuumed and finished a 2000 square foot house in 2 hours. It was a superficial cleaning, at best. The house was NOT spotless. I found grease on the refrigerator, the top of Microwave and the air fryer. I found dust on picture frames, and blinds. This was right after they left my house. I reached out several times to the owners to express my unhappiness with the job they did and ask them to address the issue. First I called them. They hemmed and hawed and finally, they said they would give me two future light cleanings for free; I wanted the DEEP cleaning I had originally asked for or I wanted a partial refund.
