The technician solved the problem with my garage door and then managed to fix some small issues with it that I'd been ignoring. I just called and spoke to a manager, and I let her explain and when she asked me what I wanted out of this, I started to speak and she kept interrupting me. So I told her that I can't answer her if she won't let me. She said we can discuss this when you have calmed down and hung up on me. I don't recommend them, they even had a customer in there when I was that said he just wanted to find out what was wrong with his equipment, not just fix it, and so even he was upset. Management was unprofessional and rude. They did work that I had changed my request for. I'm sorry but almost an hour charge for labor when I know that it would not take that long... My car oil change only cost me $65 for full synthetic!!! Total rip off.

While at dinner I check the good old inter-web to see if there were any DIY garages in the area and was very happy/surprised to find DIYBAY.com about ten minutes from my son's house. Made an appointment to bring the car over for us to check out on the lift. Was blown away at how well-equipped and spacious the car bay areas are as well as the entire facility which includes an area to take a break. I will be coming back in a couple weeks to actually do the repair. Cannot say it enough about how helpful Annette (the proprietor) was/is. Highly recommend this business/facility to anyone in need of a high-level garage work area facility.
