I literally had the same people pass by me 12 different times with zero human connection. I will say once I was able to speak to the branch manager, he was helpful. Just a nice suggestion for the team, even though an employee isn't helping a particular customer waiting, just acknowledge people and say hello or smile. Kindness goes a long way, even if you don't need anything from the person waiting. First impressions and continued professionalism matter to customers. They also sent it to unclaimed funds without telling us. The banker was nice enough to check into it but apparently was not able to have the funds sent to us since the money was no longer in this bank. Too many things are not right with this situation! My husband made several phone calls and was sent around and around and was still unable to get the funds returned to us! The banker is still looking into it although it is out of her hands.
