I've dealt with several mortgage companies most of which "INITIALLY" come across very nice and polite, unfortunately, it becomes quite obvious that after a while if they don't get an immediate guarantee from you that you will be using their company they seem to become very pushy, condescending and unhelpful. After being referred to KRIS RAMAC at Osprey Mortgage, I was originally quite apprehensive dealing with what I thought to be another typical mortgage company.To my very pleasant surprise it didn't take long after speaking with "Kris Ramac" that I was made to feel extremely comfortable. Not sure of much, I asked Kris very many questions with many different scenarios almost to the point of what my wife calls being a large pain in the neck. In any case, Kris more than willing stayed in touch with me through several different sources of communication, phone, text and even email answering all my, at times repetitive questions and offering me money saving advice. At one point, although my wife and I were willing to take out a larger mortgage and spend more money, based on our personal situation Kris recommended being a bit more conservative and saving some money so as to not box ourselves into a financial corner that could ultimately hurt us in the long run. WOW,......what incredible honesty not once was Kris concerned about his commission, his time or making me feel rushed, When I apologized to Kris for taking all of his time, he actually told me that he was more concerned with my wife and I making the best choices with the best available information. When I asked Kris why he was so different and helpful unlike the other companies I had dealt with, he told me that when my wife and I are ready to make a decision and go forward, he hopes it will be with him based on all of the information he had been providing us with. This story has a great ending. Shortly after speaking with Kris, he secured a FANTASTIC mortgage for us better than we hoped for. Kris actually got us a better rate than he originally quoted us beating out all of the other companies we had spoken with in the past. By far, Kris managed to SAVE US MORE MANY THAN EVERYONE ELSE !!!
