I will definitely not take my car to this place again. They charged me over $200 and left the car extremely oily inside and still dirty. When I got home, I used Lysol wipes on the steering wheel and they came out filthy which means they just rubbed oil on the car rather than clean it. As soon as they were done, I noticed yellow spots on the windshield which I took a damp tissue and was easily able to wipe off. There were also marks on the hood that I wiped off with a tissue. Not the hands-on detailed service that they promised. I tried to get to the attention of one of the detailers to show them the spots that I was wiping off, but they were working on another car and not paying attention so I just left. read more

If your a car person or value your vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE! As a person that has been a car wash manager in my youthful day, this place is terrible. Now let me tell you why? I've tried this place with my corvette C8 "Hand wash" had no problem, even when workers decided to rev the engine a few times. The following week I brought my Cadillac escalade "Hand wash" no problem and yes they decided to rev the engine a few times again! Now here it took a twist, brought my Audi RS3, I asked for the same thing "Hand wash" now a hand wash means you do not put the car into the car wash tunnel at all "common sense" right? So the manager/kid owner made the decision to put the car inside the tunnel and guess what the employees did? Rev the engine! Now all my cars have a full exhaust system so you can hear it from the next block yet alone inside the waiting area lobby. I decided to go check walked outside and find my car inside the car wash tunnel. Now the Audi RS3 has new wheels from BBS how about they road the rails on the ground guide and decide not to take ownership of the damages. Even spoke to the owner himself which his name is Robert. He felt refunding me the wash was good enough for the upwards $1,100 worth of damages that was cost me. Well I will be filing a lawsuit on this matter, the great thing about this I have a social media platform following in the hundreds. So it will be reviewed and show the damages. In conclusion DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They will damage your car and it rev the engine like they own the car! And they will NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT! Avoid this place at all cost! This is by far, the best car wash in Southern Martin County. I had some sticky gunk on my car. I tried to remove it myself and couldn't. I went to Stuart Car Wash and Spa for a basic $11 exterior wash and dry. Without having to ask them, a younger car wipe employee alerted Brian, one of the owner's sons, of the problem. Brian was able to get the gunk completely off. Great initiative by the young man to alert Brian to the issue. Their prices are very competitive, too. read more

I dropped off my old, slightly banged up SUV, hoping for a little refresher, and Rob and the team at Stuart Car Wash did a great job. The inside was immaculate, which is saying something since it had two muddy puppies running around in there, and the detailing on the outside was outstanding. They used clay bar to get the paint to shine again, and the treated the rubber bumpers until they looked new. Tires shined, and glass was so clean. I was really impressed. We brought our son's car in for a full detail to surprise him before going back to college. Rob the owner went over the car with my husband when he dropped it off and was very kind and helpful. Can't give less than 1 star. Opted for the hand wash on my Brand new $80,000 truck. I don't recommend this place from the get go. My fault I should have left and gone somewhere else. They tried to use a brush to wash my truck. Asked for them to use a mitt. Saw the mitt dropped on the ground a few times and was never rinsed or changed out before continuing to wash. They also don't use two buckets which is the basics in hand washing vehicles. If I didn't have 12 pins in my foot I'd have done it myself. If you have a car you don't care about them drive through probably works fine. I'll be looking for someone else in the future. Seems like a company that used to be a good local place and tried to grow without changing the way they operate. Also the waiting area is 86° today and cashier said they turn off Ac at 9am. They also wash outside so I have more waterspots than I do after it rains on my vehicle. My first experience here was last month, when I paid $200 for a full detail of my jeep. The worker was outstanding, but no longer works there. Yesterday, I paid $55 for a maintenance hand wash inside and out. What a waste of money for a lousy job. I had smudges outside, bugs on the windshield, water and dirt stains on the plastic fender wells of my jeep, which I do not off road with and garage kept. Inside of the center counsel was not cleaned as it has dust and hair. I was really disappointed with this place and wont be back. I pay the premium price for detailing and maintenance, because I expect a above average service. I could have got a better wash from a drive thru carwash. This morning, I had to clean the mess left behind by the lazy worker. If you continue to provide substandard service at a premium price, your business will fail like the Blue Carwash in Jensen Beach. When I called them yesterday and told him I was bringing my car they did not tell me anything about having to be in particular condition to get the $40 special. As a matter of fact we said that we had small SUVs. I drove it over this morning and Rick proceeded to tell me that it was too dirty to be taken care of and that I needed to spend more money in order to get the proper care done. He continue to tell me that I didn't understand him which was an insult to my intelligence. I went here for a basic wash and Rick approached me and told me he could get my headlights to look new. I literally laughed (sorry Rick) and said ok, go for it. My headlights were in AWFUL condition and 3 others have tried with little success. Not only did they do an incredible job on the wash, MY HEADLIGHTS LOOK AMAZING! Spent close to $80.00 Plus tip on a hand wash. While the was was great, I was shocked to find they don't vacuum the car when you opt for the handwash. It would have only taken 3 minutes. I saw the reviews and thought I would try this place out. I was VERY DIssatisfied. Most of the people there were friendly. The cashier was in a hurry to make a phone call for something making me feel like I was an interruption. The biggest problem is I went for the #2 package which cost $17.95 and when the truck was done the windows were not clean ...there were TONS of bugs left on the windshield and I had to keep showing the guys what needed to be cleaned. The white outlining on the tires was not cleaned very well either.. I did not have time to wait around for them to fix that. I had to clean those at home and then redress the tires.... All in all I would go to another Car Wash as I have had better jobs done at other car washes around town, it is just that I was in that part of town and had a few minutes to get the truck washed. I still have bugs on my windshield, bumper and mirrors. Inside is cookie crumbs in the console that wasn't vacuumed. Never wiped the console or the door jambs. Never again. I have brought my moms car here before. They do a ok job but as ather reviewer said staff is a bit cold, like they are bothered that you are there. The upsell is what agrivated me most, $4 for tite shine, this was free in most places I have gone before. $8.95 and if you want your tires dressed $4 more. I brought my car in this week for a mini detail I was told by the salesman that it would take 45 minutes and it took an hour and a half I was late from picking my children up from school which cost me an extra $25 this is the second time I have been lied to about how long it would take for my car.
