Went there to clean my mothers car after I drove it for a business trip. Sam was super friendly and I explained I just needed the one time wash. Another gentleman, tall with curly hair, noticed I was struggling with getting the bugs off and offered to help me scrub and sent me through the wash a second time. I then asked him for advice for some mold around the windows. Needless to say he came back with some polish and a rag and helped me take off all the mold. This is hands down the best car wash place. I go a few times a week to clean my tahoe. My kids are crazy and explode goldfish in my car every time I look back. Waters car wash has everything from vacuum to all kinds detailing goodies that are completely free. Today, Parker cleaned my tires and rims. He did a great job, also free! I tried to tip him and he told me it was his pleasure to help me today and to keep the tip. I will recommend to everyone I know and continue using their services. read more

I finally got contacted by someone from Water's. I got my refund, and they sent me 5 free car washes. I've changed my review to 3 stars. The wash itself is ok. I've gone through, and looked like the car was half washed. As far as doing the vacuuming your self. It's okay for sometimes, and maybe some people. I my opinion, I'd rather drive to one of the other washes in town, that have a great crew of people finish the job. I hope what happened to me and others was more due to an overaggressive salesperson, that is no longer there. It is what I was told. Still, I would be careful about joining any club. Make sure you know any details. Do NOT let one of their workers take your credit card, and do the self service checkout kiosk for you. I'll never let anyone do that anywhere again. Below is my original review....... Like others here I have been Ripped-Off for over $600 by this car wash. I went in for a single car wash, and was told they had a special. For a couple dollars more, I could return anytime during the next month a receive a free wash. It seemed stupid not to. No mention was made of any reoccurring charge or any club. I never went back. Well months later I have discovered they started taking out a monthly charge of $21.29 for two months, and when they found they could do that they started taking $47.91/month. And then they did the same to my wife, on a different card! They do NOT take this seriously, as they always jump on here and comment. I have emailed them numerous times with no responses after a month. I have stopped twice to try to get it resolved. First I was told they could NOT do anything there, that I had to email the corporate office. Well I did that, and got no response. When I went back to raise heck again, I was told they CAN refund 3 months from there easily, and they did that. (They could have offered that the 1st time) I asked to speak to district manager who assured me once again this would get taken care of if I could convince my bank to dispute the charges again. I was given a free car wash card. Noticed the last red buffer/dryer roll was not working. I spent a good 45 min after the wash vacuuming and cleaning the inside with all of their free supplies which was a great surprise. When I got home I saw the roof was not touched (I park under a tree that has been dropping its new blooms) and was a little disappointed. I will try them again. Great Service, Great People work there! I joined the VIP membership for $24 (monthly, unlimited) when they first opened up! Their car wash is an enjoyable experience. The vacuum/detail bays after the wash are abundant and supplied great. Vacuum's are strong. The small air tool is perfect for hard to get areas. The detail bays are supplied with wonderful products. Plus, the workers make sure you have clean towels. The floor mat machines are super quick and does a great job. The workers care, one time I had yellow on the front of my car. The young man who checks the vacuum/detail stations noticed the yellow and asked if I ever park in front of a sprinklers? Saying yes, he immediately brought a product that gently rubbed the yellow right out, making it my white car white again! After he wiped the yellow off the whole front of my car, he directed me to just go through the wash again to rinse it off. I was amazed how well it worked. That young man saved me from needing an expensive paint job. Thank you! Btw.....I don't get the complaints. I don't get any of them. The young people who work there are not high pressured. They do tell you the memberships are monthly, not for the month. The signs tell you they are monthly. How a car could ever claim damage is totally beyond me. Sam greeted me, had some Love Bug splatter from Orlando run. He advised me of complete removal of bugs would be tough. When I got to beginning Tom said he would have my back getting thru (2) wash cycles and scrubbing front of car w/special bug body removal, as I currently am slightly disabled and can't do the cleaning. Tom took care of everything he said he would!! For giving me that extra oomph, both Sam & Tom went above & beyond, especially for the younger crowd. Sorry to say that this facility has ceased being a top-notch operation. Simply put, they've removed the "prewash" area. We're no longer able to remove bugs, bird droppings, etc. before pulling into the tunnel. Employees don't have the time, ability, or desire to do it for you. They only do a quick low-pressure squirting, which accomplishes nothing. The result is a vehicle with bugs and the rest still on it upon exiting. Not worth my $400+/year anymore. I'll be looking for an alternative, as there are plenty on the area. read more

If you drive into this place not knowing it is a membership carwash you can easily lose lots of money. A teenager with a tablet asks you questions while the carwash make lots of noise. I got my Dad's car washed here on his debit account and he shortly thereafter passed away. Subsequently, after I caught up with his estate, I found monthly charges totaling over $700. I cancelled the card and contested the charges but to no avail. I contacted the merchant via email as I could not talk to a person due to the maze of phone options. No response. Crickets. I paid $750 ish for one car wash. 0 stars. If you look at YELP reviews and BBB website for this carwash you will get a better idea of what is going on. SCAM ARTISTS!!! Signed up for a membership because we were going frequently and it was a good deal. Recently, we had not been using it often enough to cover the cost of the membership so submitted an online request to cancel membership 5 days before renewal list the website states. Received an email confirming cancellation of said membership. Well don't you know the day of the month came around and my card was charged. I sent an email to try and resolve the issue/get a refund and no response. When you call all you can get is an automated recording. Sorry I didn't read reviews prior to signing up because this seems to be a common business practice. Unfortunately, my husband used the "free" car wash they gave when I signed up for my membership and that automatically signs you up for membership so we now have this issue x 2. Water's car wash has become one of those monthly subscriptions I could not live without. My truck always looks sparkling clean now. The new detail stations they put in after the remodel are great. Everything you need to clean every inch of your car. What probably makes this place really great though is the staff. They always do a great job with a smile on their face. Especially Stanley. By far the worst car wash I have ever had. $30 and I had to tell them it didn't clean anything. They said it missed brake dust all around it and sprayed it by hand then sent me through again. Again it didn't get anything off. I came home and wiped it down with a microfiber cloth and easily cleaned the dust and the water spots left from the wash. That would be $60 of car washes solved with a rag and water at home. This vehicle is a garaged 2023 and it's washed every few weeks with no crazy drives. They used my credit card for ONE car wash & then charged that card in following months. They do not respond when asked to credit the card back for the charges. A fraud charge will have to be opened with the credit card company. I will also contact Better Business Bureau & licensing in the county. Do not use this car wash! Last week I'm having my F150 washed and my radio antenna was broken off. The person in charge that day responded by saying it happens and it is not covered and 'I' should have removed it Before I came in. Really! Today, my drivers side windshield wiper blade was bent backwards and the shift that locks it in place was also bent. Their response today was that the F150's have a bad design for wipers and they are not responsible for the damage. I should have had them tape it down, Haha!!!!! That is going to be a $500 repair. $350 for the part and $150 for labor. The entire mechanism has to be replaced. So washers beware! Especially the F-150 owners. We have a faulty design on our trucks. Lastly, most car wash establishments have insurance policies to cover damage! Why does Water's not? This is a fantastic car wash. The staff is great and the facility is clean with everything working. The vacuums are strong, with lots of suction to pick up the dirt, and debris from inside your car. I had a basic car wash for $11.00 at Waters Car Wash at 2605 West Colonial Drive Orlando, Florida 32804. After coming home and parking my car in garage, I noticed the wheels and rims and right side windows still dirty. I went back 3 days later, because I had more business to do on that side of town, and stopped in to give them a chance to make it right. Attendant spoke with talked with "his manager" and came back to me with the "basic car wash does not cover tires". Waters has a program that you pay monthly for premium wash at any of their many locations and I declined it. I was holding up the line and all I could hear was "move that car" so that they could continue to convince people to buy into their monthly deal. DON'T DO IT!! Finally decided to take my wife's car in to get a wash. There was a new Waters near the house so I went there. I got in the "single wash" line and was greeted by an attendant. She was extremely informative and explained the many different washes they had and said if I ordered a membership that day my first month, paid right then, would be $25 plus tax and then $34 dollars plus tax a month after that for the higher upgrade wash. I went for it and asked about bringing my car in as well and she said that if we put both cars on the account the price for each would now be discounted $5 and the new price would be $29 plus tax for each vehicle or $58 plus tax per month. Not bad. After a couple of weeks I brought my car in and pulled into the "single wash" lane again. The same woman was there. I reminded her of our conversation and said that I wanted to add my car to the account and was going to take advantage of the 2 car discount. She looked confused and had to call over someone who I assumed was the manager to complete the sale. After much back and forth discussing about services and pricing ,which he seemed to ignore my questions, he said that the 2 car price would be $34 plus tax per car, per month or $74 plus tax which was $16 more per month than what was discussed on the first visit. Well, like a confused dummy, I said okay. I have paid for the first month on each car, will use the service until the month is over then cancel the memberships. Bad experience - when I first pulled in, I told the the young man it was my first visit. First, he tried his best to get me to sign up for one of their offers, and wouldn't take no for an answer at first. He then explained I stay in the car while it goes through the auto car wash. Then, I'm supposed to drive into one of the bays and use all of the provided chemicals and tools to finish up. I explained there is no way I could get out and finish cleaning the car. He said I could just drive off after. So I paid $27 for a quick drive through because I was on my way to the airport and CarePro in Palm City wasn't open yet. Later, after I got home, I noticed my car was still dirty. That never happens at CarePro, and the price is comparable. I totally felt scammed and I'll never go Waters Car Wash again. read more

my only two complaints are 1. the printers at the three checkin's when you first come in, have not been working for several months. that's an inconvenience. that recipe is pretty important for lots of folks. 2. it is so unsafe, that there is not enough space between vehicles as they are on the conveyor belt. to make it safer, there should be at least one full car length between vehicles. please correct these two issues, thanks. read more
