Pam was given pictures, videos and audio (most of which was gathered by PI's) proving her husband's infidelity and negligence, but Pam would never use any of it. In fact, Pam claimed she was never given anything when in fact my friend gave her multiple flash-drives (full of pics, video & audio) and nearly 100 printed pictures. Pam seems to be losing her cognitive ability as she is very forgetful and seems to be bi-polar. Pam was cocky from the start and said she'd have no problem with getting things done but when her archnemesis, Wayne Fuller, was chosen by my friend's husband, Pam became like a spanked little puppy. Pam is all talk and no action. If you want to stand any chance in court, DO NOT get Pam to represent you. I paid for services that never had action taken on. He did not listen to my requests or my concerns. The result of his counsel was detrimental for my future. I do not recommend him for divorce if you are a woman or if you are in a high conflict divorce because my experience is that he did not fight for my best interests. The staff is great. They had easy online access to any court orders that I needed to look through. It was easy to communicate with them. The business side of it was great. However, great communication is useless if they don't actually go through and do all of the things that you previously talked about. And you have to pay for every phone call, every email, and every communication you make.
