Absolutely disgusted by the lack of care and treatment. From both Dr. Stuart Lerner & ANNA FRANCHESCA JENSEN. My condition has only worsened to not being able to walk or drive. In December I was at least still mobile. This is because of your office Dr. Lerner because of you. The the worst part about it all is that I went to see Dr. Lerner in the beginning of last December 2025 about extreme knee pain and he kept brushing it off as a symptom of the flu when I never even had the flu. Never did he even ask to asses me in person! Every time I go in I have to wait 45min + just to be seen and it's always rushed from both the nurse practitioner and Dr. Lerner. Both of them know that I can't walk or drive and yet they keep making me come in person different days instead of just assessing me and doing the ultra sound in one day. Francesca was very rude in rushing me even when I nearly fainted she kept asking to step out of the room. I had to beg her not to go because I may faint again and she just seemed antsy and ready to get out of there. I had a ride share through my Insurance to pick me up because I can't walk or drive and Francesca only had less than 20 minutes to do the real assessment before my ride came. I have requested 4 times now to be given an MRI & referred to a specialist and I keep being denied. I have a tear in my ligament and fluid build up in both my knees and all the nurse keeps saying is that she's already assessed it and she doesn't need see any further. When we haven't gotten to the root of the problem as to why my knees are like this. She said no need to look any deep deeper because she doesn't need to see anymore. She is a nurse with some experience and orthopedic. She is not a specialist and it's very irritating because no one is taking me serious. They even denied me crutches. If my knees are deteriorating or worsen this all falls back on the clinic and I will make sure her nursing license and the entire clinic are under scrutiny and I will not rest until it is resolved. Then he referred me out to a Rheumatologist who wasn't able to help me at all and here we are almost at the beginning of March and they're just now giving me an ultrasound in Dr. learners office with his nurse practitioner Francesca. This is because Dr. Lerner decided to overlook me and not take me serious whether it was because of my age or any other factors. He should've assessed me offered the ultrasound in December. Respectfully and rightfully so I am infuriated that no one in your office Dr Lerner is taking my case serious. I live with Trigeminal Nueralgia a severe nerve pain disorder that may call the su*cide disease. All because a doctor misdiagnosed and mistreated a simple ear infection. The infection last for months and spread to irreversible nerve damage and made me disabled as of June 2024. I may only be 26 years old but my underlying conditions prove that age is not a factor here and I could be suffering from a degenerative disease or osteoarthritis. Those things need to be ruled out and I need your help to do that. Something is wrong to have caused me severe knee damage although I've been inactive. Almost bed ridden for the past two years for Trigeminal Nueralgia that was mis diagnosed and mistreated. Just like now. I won't stand for another doctor to do the same. Do better. read more

Dr Lerner has the most compassion for his patients, always listens, talks to you not at you. He has been my primary care provider for years. Now my family and friends go to him with complete faith and comfort. I like that he has Hospital privileges and always follows up with his patients no matter how minor. He is the Dr for the people and I proclaim my quality of life has been so improved with my association with him and his Fantastic Staff. Just recently he saved my daughter's life, urging me to get her to the ER Asap they were waiting for our arrival with instructions from him. His bedside manner is unprecedented, always upbeat and glad to see you. Couldn't recommend a better Dr on the Windward side !!! read more

Please for your health's sake don't trust Dr Lerner or your condition will worsen under his "care". I would motion to have his entire clinic to be closed down due to negligence. He does not care about your health. He will deny you care or treatment if it does not benefit his clinic or if he can't make a profit off of you. Always cutting me off before I can finish my sentences and more focused on how many patients he can get in one day. Quality care is not their strength. If you need a script written he will do that without hesitation but once you need him to actually assess or treat you & refer you out they will give you the run around. read more

This doc is horrible is all I can say. I was referred by someone who went to see him when he was at the Medical Corner in Kailua. There was another doc named Craig who was also there. Craig was great. This Lerner character will only fill one time not give more for down the road. He was trying to get me to do alternative meds too. NOT COOL DOC.... HOW is he still in practice is what I'm thinking. Will never refer him or go back. Very bad experience read more

After having to travel to multiple states for work, by far Dr. Lerner is the best PCP. He is caring and competent, and always goes above and beyond my expectations. I moved my parents to his care and they too are very happy that they did. He is very responsive, his staff is great, and he has helped my family considerably. Given that my parents have lot of medical issues, I am glad that they are under his care. read more

I can't thank Dr. Lerner enough even though I went to see him for one issue he was able to diagnose two other things I hadn't even realized were issues just by taking the time to speak with me and looking at me.
