Although I didn't read everything thoroughly, he was adamant that I could cancel whenever I wanted. Today, I tried to call to cancel the service, and I had to reach out to Lubbock. They do not accept text messages or emails. The lady I spoke with informed me that if I canceled, I would have to pay a $400 penalty. I explained that this fee was never mentioned to me, not once. Her response was dismissive; she simply stated, "Well, it's too bad." Now they are sending threatening emails.
