I was able to get a hold of the service manager and explain that I was stranded for several days being out-of-town and needed to have my vehicle worked on as soon as possible. The service manager told me to bring my vehicle in and was seen right away. Great customer service and professionalism among the staff and technicians. As far as their sales department, I walked across to test drive a vehicle and speak briefly with their sales folks and manager. Typical sales department, getting down in the trenches and negotiating. I worked with Chris, exceptional sales rep--wasn't trying to work me and very hands off, something you would expect from a higher end dealership such as: BMW, Lexus, Audi, etc. Overall, highly recommend this dealership.

Our salesperson Ken Lingenfelter was non pressure sales and pointed out that if our goal was to have warranty and longevity we might not just consider new but consider A Certified CRV which would have great warranty and be less monies. He then dug out a Certified CRV that was in the third row in a sea of cars -only 9900 miles on the odometer and certified warranty that covered the car till 2031. Our plan to just test drive end up with us moving up 3 years from 2021 Tucson which had started giving us trouble to an almost brand new CRV! Ken gave great options and we drove away in our new CRV! Not even a year later, I have had the front alignment overhauled (which forced me to buy new tires), replaced the clutch master cylinder 3 times, the clutch slave cylinder once. And now the clutch assembly needs replaced. The car I traded in had just had a new windshield, and the clutch ($1200) was less than a month old. My trade-in was undervalued and then they sold for almost twice what they gave me. I know that buying a used car is risky, but I've had better luck with used cars from private sellers than this place. Avoid at all costs or make sure that you get a full inspection from your own mechanic if you do business with these folks.

It turned out I had a "severe leak in the heater core". It just happened the dealership had a Toyota Sienna mini van on the lot that had just been traded in. Since the service department was not open until Monday morning, I walked into the new car show room and spoke with a young man who was happy to guide me through getting back on the road that very day. I left my ford freestar for repairs and was given a loaner and all the information I needed to purchase the aforementioned pre owned Toyota van with fewer miles. This was a one stop shop for me on a Saturday morning when I really needed the sweet experience of this car dealership. Thanks to Andy and Robyn for making this ol' gal from Texas very happy!
