I have never had a car lot owner and his daughter be so down right nasty about something. Called about the car on a Saturday was told I get a call Monday. When I got my call Monday they said they didn't know my car was down all weekend. So explain to me how you knew to call me Monday morning if you didn't know. Then to be told the owner wasn't there yet and when he finally arrives he wants to say he heard the whole story! Can you say LIAR. I had to take it to get fixed since it wouldn't start at all and I was told by the mechanic that he hears more bad things about this place than anywhere else. And a nice gentleman was there picking up his vehicle and apparently they don't just screw you on your car but if you are owed you'll never get it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACR. You mind as well go to the auction yourself!

Not a good experience. The only salesman there, Steve, was dismissive and unprofessional. When we…read moremade an offer based on the lower end of Kelly Blue Book's valuation, he laughed at it. Meanwhile, his offer was at the higher end. He then claimed, "Kelly Blue Book doesn't know what they're talking about." That's an interesting take, considering valuing cars is literally what they specialize in. When we asked if he could lower the price by $500, he hesitantly dropped it by $1. It was clear he wasn't interested in negotiating in good faith. I simply wanted to agree on the car's price first before discussing financing, but he seemed irritated by this approach. When I asked what work had been done on the car to justify the steep price, he dodged the question and insisted on knowing how we planned to pay first. He wouldn't provide any details on their investment in the car unless I disclosed my financing method--likely to maximize their profit. Afterwards, it turned out they hadn't done any work on the car at all. The only positive experience was the woman at the front desk, who was friendly and professional. If you decide to visit this dealership, I'd strongly recommend avoiding Steve.

As soon as it arrived 10/15 minutes we were done. Plus they sell really nice trucks. And they are so much cheaper than other places in Altoona . 150 for title fee my a$$.
