If you want someone who is going to THINK about how to best help you, Dr Besecker is your man! He's a smidge more expensive than the sunglasses guy, but you're getting a better work up. Every time I went to him, he tried a different technique, and spent quite a bit of one-on-one time with me. He even gave me exercises to do at home! For him, it's all about your health and wellness. I think my back issues are much better than they've ever been, and as good as it'll probably get for an old lady like me. I highly recommend him for getting your alignment into a good place!

And he explains what he is adjusting and why he is adjusting it.After just 2 visits I can move my neck from side to side touching my shoulders without pain or stiffness, and the pain in my lower back and hip is subsiding as well. I am sure by the time he is done with me, I will feel like a new person. I found it difficult to relax while being shunted cold into the machine that was to perform the decompression treatment. Perhaps I'm spoiled, but I've come to expect an inviting and caring atmosphere from a wellness center and a hot towel before having my muscles messed with in any way. At least the decompression machine was okay if, well, robotic. Attendants would crack the door and glance in at me for half a second while I lay strapped down, with maybe a word, but no knock and little more consideration than one gives a boiling egg. I imagine this is great if one likes to get in and get out with minimal fuss or personal interaction. While I found my overall experience slightly uncomfortable, I cannot speak for the quality of their massage therapists or other chiropractic services. Those might be fine. Personally, I am not interested in returning for any reason, but that doesn't mean there couldn't be some hidden gems in the place. I would love to hear from others who have tried different services!
