The equipment is a little old, but if anything breaks just inform the staff and they'll get it fixed ASAP. They say that if there's anything they can do to make your workout better they'll do it, and they mean it. I even asked for a standing floor bag (gym was equipped with a hanging one) for my martial arts exercises and they got one! There are plenty of weights and a few weight and cardio machines, along with an open floor room that's available as long as a class isn't running. Staff cleans regularly, prices are reasonable, and it's open 24 hours with a key tag.

The first trainer I had was fired for sexual harassment from what a gym manager told me.. so just a taste of what they are hiring I guess. He was also stereotypical "you need to be eating pizzas everyday and weight gain drinks to bulk" which definitely wasn't my goal.. The other just ghosted me completely. The tanning beds are more powerful than alot of the tanning salons I've been in. I don't have anything to complain about. I recommend it. Other members seem to be fine with it also.

Cons: no AC but the doors are always open letting air flow through. The blue tooth radio is iffy so bring headphones or an aux cable for the speakers. Most of the cardio machines are squeaky.
