With bright colors, pretty lighting fixtures and small, endearing decorative details, I feel better just entering the studio. I love a studio with personality. I attended an Easy Does It class with Jil Maggio and had a great experience. As someone with physical limitations, Jil made me very comfortable. She was extremely attentive to offering me alternatives without isolating me. Her class was motivating, inclusive and exactly what I needed. Jil is so smart, kind and in-tune with the needs of her students to make a yoga practice authentic to everyone. Also, I thought it was such a nice touch to enter the room and have yoga props set-up already per every space. This is such a nice touch, especially when you are new and don't know what to take or expect. My only dislike: WHY NORTHFIELD!!! This is so far for me. But I will make the drive back here as I can! They also offer incredible workshops and I hope I can make an upcoming Self-Defense event being offered.

Super friendly no judgement or pressure studio where the everyone remembers you and is just happy to see you. They have class times that fit any schedule. The atmosphere is always positive and the instructors have always been welcoming. I have left a review awhile back via google or their feedback intake and the owners were amazing at reaching out to me to acknowledge my feedback and thanked me for it. I look forward to eventually starting back up with taking classes here as I'm settled with moving. I love that you can also pay for one class, especially if you're a beginner or have a chaotic schedule and cannot commit to paying for a set # of classes. They offer packages/passports for those who are more set in their routines and are frequent patrons. Ranging from early morning classes or evening classes after you get off from work.

I tried bikram-style yoga for the first time and I like it more than expected! If you're looking to improve back and shoulder mobility and flexibility without all the sometimes complicated dance-like transitions, bikram is for you! I've visited the studio for yoga classes a few different times and my experiences have improved…read moreover time from a class perspective. In the physical studio, I find a hard time relaxing. There isn't a defined waiting area separate from the class space (it flows together). Because of this, during meditation or savasana people will be entering for the next class. With doors opening/closing, people talking and general noise that personally takes me out of the zone. They also catch noise from somewhere adjacent that sounds like a piano music class. However, I can sympathize that that's out of their control. I also had a class where the instructor had everyone go around the room stating any injuries/physical limitations. Many people find yoga due to physical limitations and it was very awkward. I believe those conversations should stay between instructor and student since everyone is on a different journey and doesn't always want everyone to know. They have a wonderful location and it's never terribly hard to find free parking in Tremont. I've also met some nice people and appreciate the non-competitive atmosphere. I have heard great things about their massage and other services and I would look forward to visiting one of those!

There could be more of a waiting room--I tend to wait outside of the building until I'm more comfortable that the class before me is over instead of hovering. Plenty of street parking. She has several different types of Pilates equipment . The equipment and her instruction will challenge you and help you achieve your fitness goals...whether you are looking for strength, stamina, toning or flexibility....Laura will get you there. I credit Laura for helping through my rehab after my ACL reconstruction surgery! She did more for me than the physical therapy I went through. She was the next step in my rehab and helped me achieve the goals I set for myself. Got back problems? Since I started Pilates 3 years ago, I have not been back to my chiropractor! She is a certified master Pilates instructor. She is excellent at both private and group sessions. I am blessed to have her in my life! You won't be disappointed...I promise.

Recently, hot yoga has been my exercise of choice (something about being in a 90 degree room in…read morewinter hits different). I was looking for a new hot yoga studio on the west side of Cleveland since it is closer to where I live, and came across Inner Bliss on the Mindbody app. The drop in classes are $20 but the 5 class pass is $68, and the price discrepancy convinced me to buy a 5 class pass even though I had never been to the studio before. Luckily, I made the right decision! I'm a fan of the Hot Power Flow Yoga classes here (my favorite instructor is Sally!) They are challenging enough where it feels like a good workout, but the environment is still a safe space so I don't feel judged if I need to take a break. Some hot yoga classes I have been to focus too much on hitting specific poses/binds/balances that aren't conducive to all experience levels, but I haven't run into that problem at Inner Bliss. I will definitely be repurchasing more classes after my 5 class pass is used up.
