I have been dancing at this studio for 12 years and throughout all of those years I have had nothing, but wonderful experiences. The teachers are amazing and will inspire you to push yourself to be the best dancer possible. Not only are the teachers wonderful, but the love you get being apart of this company is tremendous. My daughter has been in recreation classes since 2014, and my son joined dance classes in 2015. I have had positive experience at the studio. While the staff stays busy, their focus is always about the children. My daughter suffers from anxieties and can appear aloof when stressed. The staff has always been supportive of her over the years and has helped her become more confident in herself. My son has really enjoyed becoming part of the dance community, and has always felt supported by the staff and fellow dancers. His teachers have taken the time to get to know their dance students and bring out the best in each of them. I could never imagine not being at Studio 4 the Arts. It is a clean, wholesome environment that supports the dancers. While the staff stays busy and focused on their students, they always respond in a timely manner to parent communications. read more

What an awful place. No one smiles. Dry rude staff. Every once and a while I would ask the owner or a teacher a question about upcoming events and they would just give me a blank stare and a curt answer. When I paid my bill at the front desk the owner would just hand me the receipt and look away. Never said thank you. Their communication style is poor. Sometimes I sat in the lobby while my kids had lessons, I observed how poorly people were treated by the owner and staff. When people especially "newbies" walked into the facility for information, they were never acknowledged by anyone at the reception window. I mean, they would go and stand directly in front of the reception window with 2-3 people in the office and no one would look up and acknowledge them. I saw several people just walk out of the door after being literally ignored. Recently, I overheard the owner belittling a parent after she voiced a concern and that was the last straw for me....I knew we would not be coming back in the fall. I felt I was watching an adult episode of "mean girls" and I did not want this behavior to rub off on my girls. read more

Studio 4 has an extraordinary atmosphere. My daughter has been dancing with Ms. Tammy for years. She has participated in rec classes, performance company, and competition - if she didn't love it we wouldn't be there. Year after year I have watched the growth of the many dancers. The staff at the studio are personable and care for their students. Not only does the staff encourage the dancers, but the dancers encourage each other. Team bonding, mentor program, and community outreach are just a few examples that the children participate in. I just left the studio in the Hiram location. It was my first time there and will definitely be my last. When my daughter and I arrived, no one acknowledged us. At 6:30, when the class was supposed to start, I was told the class was cancelled because only 3 people signed up. The lady said she sent me an email. Now, I checked my email in the morning and afternoon but I don't spend all day checking my email. I told her, a phone call would have been nice, seeing that it was only 3 people. As she is walking away, she says, "In this day and age, people check their email.". I was helping my daughter get her shoes on and I was not about to argue with that lady, but in this day and age, people send text messages. There are plenty of other dance studios in this area. This is not one I would recommend. read more

The 8 years spent dancing at Studio 4 have been wonderful. The community is very safe and friendly. Staff and Teachers are always there to encourage and support us dancers. Even on our hardest days, we love to be in the studio and to be with our dance family. Teachers help us grow inside and out, and to perfect our strengths and weaknesses.
