This is about one experience only for a dazzle nail polish. Tuscan was the ONLY place in the…read morecounty that was doing dazzle. It was supposed to last as long or longer than gel but the selling point was it was not as damaging to your nails not needing cured. When the person was done I checked my nails and almost everyone of them had large gaps on the sides of the nails where no polish had been applied at all. It looked worse than doing them yourself. I was not sure how to nicely say they were a hot mess so I just showed her the edges how they lacked any color at all and she understood. She attempted to correct the problem, but it really did not as she did not give those nails the full treatment which was two coats and a top coat or coats but instead applied only one layer. This was not what was done to the few nails that were fully coated. Needless to say within the week, the polish came off on all the edges she had tried to fill in for a brand new manicure!!! Very disappointing and not the usual for Tuscan. Money wasted and I really did not get a chance to compare the dazzle nails to gel due to this experience.

I was greeted by a lovely lady named Mary who was very kind and interested in what I wanted to have done with my hair. Then Heather walked up. I should have run on first sight. She was so completely disheveled, hair all over the place and wearing an apron covered with color stains. I used to be a salon receptionist, and the ladies at that salon did colors and worked with chemicals all day, and they never wore stained aprons. I went back and sat in her chair and proceeded to tell her the issues I had with my curly hair. I told her what worked and what didn't on my type of hair. I explained my issues in detail, and showed her a pic I was interested in. She said it wouldn't work. That was fine. I figured she was the pro and showed her a different pic that she said definitely would work. She began cutting and said she was going to leave my front longer which was not how the picture looked. I told her I'd had that cut in the past and it didn't work for me. She then said she'd just leave it a little longer. I now have the WORST haircut I've ever had in my entire life. There is no way to wear it that it looks good and I am completely embarrassed. I can't leave it curly because it has horribly uneven layers, and I can't straighten it because in cutting the front longer, she left one side obviously longer than the other, and it looks like a huge chunk was lopped off the back of my hair. I was so upset I asked for a refund. My money was refunded but not without Heather messaging me AND my daughter saying how embarrassed she was because I complained. I can guarantee you she isn't half as embarrassed as I am having to go out with this horrible cut until I can have it fixed. The messaging to me and my daughter was also highly unprofessional. Our son did extremely well with her and we've been repeat customers, asking for her directly. Fast forward 4+ years and both Dad and son have been having Randi cut our hair. She's very professional and excellent at what she does. Randi pays attention to detail and doesn't try to rush you out the door like most others do. There were a couple different times where Randi wasn't available so I had my hair cut by someone else. Boy, could I tell the difference and won't make that mistake again. Yesterday Randi cut and colored our 13-year-old daughter's hair for a very unique request. Not only are we impressed and absolutely love it but Brandi admitted to having impressed herself. There are three types of pedicures and I tried the top of the line for $55.00. I chose the lavender packet and it was very relaxing. The massage chairs are standard and they are building a room inside the business for waxing services to provide privacy. The pedicure involved a bubble bath of lavender for your feet, a nice scrub and hot towel treatment. The polish options are not displayed due to the renovation but they have a color palette you can select from easily. Sadly my feet needed a lot of work and Kim was great fixing my cracked heels and trimming up my nails perfectly. There is minimal conversation even among the employees which I appreciate so you can just relax. I was very pleased with the results and I will definitely be back. It was also nice I could include the tip on my credit card. So many places want cash and I never carry cash. Great job Paris Nails!
