I've taken about 20 classes here and I've loved it! For context, I've never taken a Pilates class before so my first lagree class was super tough. After getting through the first few, I started to get the hang of it and loved going ever since. I still take breaks during class here and there but my endurance is definitely improving. I feel much stronger too. The instructors all create different sequences in class so every time is different! They're all super kind, encouraging and offer modifications if needed. Love this studio, trainers are all lovely. It's clean, just the right size (enough people that trainers can still give you pointers on form etc.) and classes feel varied and challenging. Don't be discouraged by the difficulty at the start, I could barely keep up my first few classes but after my 5th or so - I got the hang of it. Studio 45 was a good experience for me as a beginner to Lagree. The instructor gave us an overview of the equipment and had explained the exercises/the muscles they were targeting. It's a tough but rewarding workout. Some tips for other newcomers: - Grippy socks are required, but they are available for sale at the desk before class - Parking is available in the attached apartment building - Register a few days in advance for weekend morning classes, because they fill up quickly read more

I've really liked coming to this Studio 45. They have an easy free parking garage nearby, the studio is clean, and the instructors are great! I really appreciate how the instructors demo all moves and walk around and check form. Instructions are really easy to follow, too. The workout is tough, but fast-paced so the 45 minutes fly by. I had never taken a Pilates class on a reformer before and was intimidated walking into my first class. Jane was great in taking time before the class to walk me through the setup and how positions are queued. She also was great on continuing to check in on me during the class and assist with my form. Since then I've taken ten plus classes and every instructor has been great. Each class is unique and challenging in its own way and I'm loving adding in Pilates to my regular exercise routine. read more

I enjoy that even though it's a high intensity workout, it's also low impact. Even though I started going to these classes after recovering from some injuries, I was still able to do them. I've enjoyed working out at Studio45 for the past several months and I'm happy to recommend it. I've enjoyed the challenge of the work outs and the support from the instructors. As someone who is anxious in going to a traditional gym, I find the Studi45 environment to be warm and welcoming to even those of a lower fitness level. Sometimes the music levels can be a little bit much, making it harder to hear the instructor's voice for transitions to the next moves. Fortunately staff will often help to direct you if you aren't sure how to do an exercise or position yourself to do it properly. The new client passes are a great way to get started if you want to try it out. Definitely would recommend booking class for several weeks at a time though, as classes often fill up quickly! read more

I wanted to try out a new workout this year and was interested in trying out pilates or a similar workout. I found Studio 45 and initially tried out their new member 3-class deal and I was immediately HOOKED. To clarify, the workout itself is Lagree, more of a Pilates-inspired workout that is a bit of a higher intensity to keep your heart rate up, but I find that it was exactly the kind of workout I was hoping to incorporate into my routine. I have been attending classes at Studio 45 for almost two months now, and every week I am always looking forward to the day I attend class! The instructors are so helpful in making sure to keep an eye on your form as well as encourage you throughout the entire 45-minutes. Studio 45 has been a literal God send to me during the past year. I have really struggled with the isolation and stress of everything that has occurred during 2020 and now subsequently 2021. I'm forced to work 100% remote now and the lack of real human interaction has been personally devastating to me. I cannot begin to truly express what a saving grace my workouts at Studio 45 have been. The owners regularly communicate about safety protocols, the studio is spotless and I feel comfortable and safe whenever I am there. I appreciate their attention to detail and their customers safety. They have demonstrated a true commitment and genuine concern for everyone who walks through the studio door and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Every time they are forced to shutdown, I can't lie, I have a mini panic attack. I'm hopeful that we've reached a point where all small business will be able to continue operating with safety measures, like the ones Studio 45 have, and that lockdowns are a thing of the past. read more

I was a little intimidated to sign up for classes after seeing how quickly the time slots fill up, but I called to inquire about how to approach scheduling and Sarah gave me an extremely helpful amount of information, leaving me feeling good about my decision to do the intro class packages. So far, the classes are challenging in a great way! Even after my first 5 classes, I could tell that I gained significant strength. This is one of the more approachable Lagree classes that I've taken and I love that most of the instructors will offer modifications and adjustments as needed. read more

I'm really enjoying Pilates and the instructors are great and helpful in correcting form. Parking is easy to find. Studio is a little bit on the pricier side. The facility is really clean. My one recommendation is to either get rid of the floor exercises or show an alternative move one can do without getting off the reformer. This is the only studio I've been to that has a mix of floor exercises like push ups, mountain climbers, squats, step ups and I can do that at the gym. It's tough to do floor exercises on concrete in socks and can lead to foot injury. So, I end up working out the least on this workout but overall classes are engaging. Also, the phone number for both studios goes to a google number and is never answered. So, it is difficult to switch times if it's under the 12 hour booking window. read more

Tried this place after contemplating for a long time, last fall with a new client package deal and ended up buying a 20 class package deal shortly after. I have tried a variety of pilates but lagree has to be my favorite. I loved that this studio offers a lot of class times during the day and week (some fill up quicker than others) so be on the lookout when they release classes for the upcoming month. Each instructor has their own style so definitely try out a few classes with different instructors to see what works best for you. The classes are wayyyy out of my budget but I love the workout and how it positively affects my physical and mental health, so its worth every penny. I have enjoyed it so much I have brought my friends to join me in my classes! read more
