She is also very accommodating to schedules , which is amazing when you try to balance a new life with a newborn/ toddler. I cannot say enough about how amazing she is. I also think her prices are very fair, as she does amazing work and has a lot of props to choose from and a lot of high end equipment. I have seen some places where they like you to bring items you wish to have in the photos but she has everything you would ever need. Even offering adorable outfits for my little one for her first birthday photoshoot. She is also so kind and fun to talk to. I have never felt rushed out the door. Her photos take around 2+ weeks to get back but it is worth the wait and also is not that long of a wait time from other places I have used for other needs. 2 weeks is very quick in my opinion. I went through A third-party in order to get pictures from an event to highlight my speaking. The…read morephotographer was very nice but when I received the pictures, I was a little concerned that I didn't get pictures that were edited. When I wound up emailing the photographer, I was told that the pictures were touched up. Having taken many pictures because of my career, I thought that the photos were not retouched. As a result, I asked for a side by side comparison between what I received and what the photos looked like beforehand. I was met with disrespect and sarcasm, being told that I was "dull" and didn't know how to pose. When he got offended, instead of hearing an issue and trying to rectify or address it, he chose to take potshots and get into a battle of wits. You don't tell a customer with an issue that I'm the only one who complained and he's "okay with that". I would want to make sure all customers feel respected and satisfied. That's how customer service works. I would never recommend this individual for any photography work, not because of his photographers, but because of his nasty and disrespectful attitude.
