I show up to my appointment and I'm told my appointment was changed a month ago and it's now with someone named Alex. I was referred to Tish and waited 6WEEKS to get in and my appointment is mysteriously switched to someone else without communicating with me or asking my approval. They did offer a free cut but there's absolutely no way I would 1)go back to that salon 2) trust anyone to do a good job on my hair after complaining (rightfully). Worst experience with customer service I've ever received! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

i was visiting family and i needed a trim so i went to the styling company. this place is horrible…read more the owner yelled at me cuz i was a few min late for my appt. then she put me with this melinda person who absolutly destroyed my hair. i dont know if she was drunk or on drugs but she didnt know how to cut hair. i ended up having to shave my head cuz the cut was so bad. the ambiance in the place was uninviting and the floor was really dirty. i almost slipped on a glob of hair. i will never go to this salon again. im sure theres a better place to get my hair cut once it grow back again

Great Clips didn't even charge me because the cut from The Styling Company was so bad. I will go never go here again. I've made some questionable decisions in the past, but this was a great decision. The salon had a great vibe and felt comfortable. The parking was ample and easy. But the best part was what she did with my hair. Took off a lot of hair and, it seemed, some years off my appearance. I LOVE what she did and how she styled my hair. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality cut!
