Our project was not a large sq.ft. design & the process started o.k. Unfortunately we were under…read moretimeline constraints & were told the work would not take more than a few months. A few months in, progress slowed considerably & we had to keep reaching out to request updates & request design collaboration mtgs. to get on the contractors schedule. Ultimately the contractor had to drop us for other work he had drawings for already, which created a scramble for a replacement contractor. Finally received final drawings after much pushing, however as we proceeded with the contractor found multiply large errors. County road setback incorrect & septic tank location incorrect created stress with government agencies & changes at the last minute. In addition, with the contractors assistance, many errors were found on the drawings which did not reflect earlier requested changes, included critical state code (Lack of no wind brace data). If you have a pile of money, plenty of time to burn & like being called out by the various government agencies for the errors, Norris is your guy.
