So, I returned the clothing per their instructions and at a cost of $45. I exchanged emails with the boutique about the return address, etc. and they were very responsive. Two months have passed and no refund so I emailed them several times to check on the status of my refund and they haven't responded. I should have accepted their offer of a 50% discount because now I'm out $171 plus $45 return shipping fee. I don't understand how they can get away with this!
