Jonathon did a good job...it's a little shorter than I wanted (not quite as long as the picture I brought in) but to his credit I told him to do whatever he wanted and it still looks really cute. Two big complaints though: Jonathon is an intern and still school and nobody told me that when I got assigned to him (not to cool) and it took about 4 hours to get the cut and the bleach, which is about 2 hours more than i expected. Jonathon had to leave so apparently it took longer than he expected too...but hey that's what you get when you bleach the heck out of your hair, i guess. The stylist that took over the blow-dry and style was Matty and she girl-ed up my hawk a little with the straight razor and it looked great. Another stylist that helped with the color was Katie. I'd make an appointment with either of them in the future and will probably let Jon freshen up my style though I still wish someone would have told me he was still in school (which he'll be done with soon). Overall, cute, ambitious cut, stylists seem pretty honest about what you can do with your hair and I'm definately coming back to this salon.

21 hours ago Worst…read moreexperience ever and robbed to boot. Took picture of previous haircut with us and asked for red haircolor with blonde highlights. Called before we arrived and was told color starts at $52 and cut $17. I know that $52 is begining, but I didn't think it would be over $100 as it is short haircut. Was a Guinea pig for someone to learn on. She had no idea what to do and was told and/or shown each and every move to make. Hair took FOREVER. Then charged based on time when someone was showing her every move. Cut is not the worst but haircolor has NO blonde and instead of red, it is a copper orange color. She didn't completely dry hair before flat ironing it and hearing it sizzle whole time. Charged over $122. They refused to change anything as the trainer/boss entered prices and had already clocked out and left. I am ALWAYS a great tipper and tipped $10 even with my complaints about price. (I would normally tip at least 20%. I have also had same requests at other salons and never been charged this amount yet told I couldn't have went anywhere else cheaper.) They knew it was horrible and not even close to what was requested. Also chair wasn't correctly placed at sink and entire outfit totally soaked and had to lay towels down all over floor to soak up mess. Worst experience ever! I want a refund! I understand that training is needed with any type of job but get real charging by time in this situation is not Fair to customer!

The extensive hair loss meant a full wig was the best option. When the family came in, the stylist gave them the time, understanding & compassion they needed to feel relaxed about their decision making. The child chose a wig for herself & was carefully fitted. As Mom watched, the child learned all about wearing & caring for the wig. When the lesson was over, the child looked in ALL the mirrors. Then she ran to her mom, & twirled around. Mom just smiled. Very satisfying appointment.
