I stopped the training because I wanted to know the prices before wasting anyone's times with the training. I was then told that I couldn't take the document about the pricing home with me to think over my finances but that the owner would email me with a quote. I waited almost a week before finally hearing from the owner with the prices and he said that I had one day to decide. That's terribly unprofessional to know that this was the biggest area of contention for me and to wait almost a week to send me the prices and then tell me I have one day to think it over?! I did tell him that the prices were too much for a teacher and a student but that I was interested in their boot camp and its reasonable price and would like more information. It's been a month now and nothing again. Bad customer service is an indication that other areas of the organization may not be as they seem.

We never saw any management at the facility during our practice time. 7pm practice was even cancelled on one occasion because the morning cleaning staff locked the doors and management didn't know about it. Then because our coach was passionate about the kids, the game and winning he was banned from coaching week of playoffs.
