The DIAMONDGLOW upgrade was worth the money in my opinion. They used a hose to gently scrub my face and extract the bad while infusing the good. Whatever it did, it was fabulous. Left there feeling refreshed, pampered, and not overly red nor sore like some other treatments in the past. My technician, Diane was professional, informative, and thorough. Highly recommend booking her. Now for my concern...The two women at the front desk that I interacted with were really nice and helpful. So my personal interactions were very pleasant. There was however a young lady with braids at the desk that was borderline aggressive and unprofessional with the customers she helped over the phone. She was also the same way with her coworkers. Her tone and loudness made me a little uncomfortable sitting there listening to the tension. When you spend this kind of money to pamper yourself, the last thing you want is to feel like you are bothering the workers to book an appointment.
