When I asked if I could exchange the color that you chose if it was not to my liking (if it had been, I would have picked the color) you informed me that I could do nothing but be happy with what you sent me. So, continue to blame me as a paying customer for the failure and shortcomings of your establishment. I called to make an appointment and Beatriz was super nice over the phone. I explained what I wanted and she told me the starting prices for the services. It is an appointment only salon and although walk-ins are accepted I recommend calling first. It's an intimate salon very tastefully decorated. Beatriz greeted me, directed me to her chair and asked what I wanted to get done. I asked her opinion about my ends and if I needed a trim at this time. Unlike other places where they would try to sell you services you don't need, Beatriz actually told me my ends weren't in bad condition and I didn't need a trim at this time. I got a blow out and she made beach waves on my hair that were oh so lovely. During the service we had a lively conversation and she offered refreshments. (Water for me please!) Overall it was such a wonderful experience that I have decided she's going to be my hairstylist from now on. I did want my bangs a little shorter, but as my hairdresser did not speak english, I could not convey it properly to her.
