The mats are very high quality and INCLUDED in the rate. There is purified water there to fill your bottle up before a tough class. The people attending are usually very friendly. There is a small but really nice selection of performance yoga wear for sale. She sells Kambucha and the most delicious coconut waters I have ever had. I highly recommend yoga roots if you are advanced and looking for a place to expand your practice or you are brand new to yoga and just had a tough week and want to clear your mind, love yourself, stretch out and roll around with a gentle or restorative yoga class. Another interesting aspect was the bed has speakers beneath it which resonate the surface, especially the lower frequencies. There is so much knowledge coming out about frequencies used for healing and can come from light, sound, and even smell all having frequency components. All in all looking forward to coming back and exploring more of their services like the float room and sound healing/salt room.
