I'm stayed at that motel. Very bad service. Worked to that hotel, steal my son Nintendo, my wedding ring. Right there somebody broke my car window steal everything and the manager not do nothing. To much drugs people. Fighting everyday. To much animals in the room. They never cleaned the room. The manager knows the things and not do nothing.

They have changed the brand from Studio 6 to Studio Inn

They have only change the brand name, people and staff are same. Kind and helpful people.

This place has its own parking in a semi secure area off the main street. The rooms are these little bungalows, some with a garage type area. They've got all the basic needs covered and the room rates are highly competitive.

The clerk wasn't outright rude, but for the first several minutes seemed pretentious, like I wasn't good enough to stay there. He didn't introduce himself or ask my name; I introduced myself and asked his name after check-in, and he warmed up a bit. It felt like I'd caught him doing something wrong or arrived before he was ready. I had to ask multiple questions because he didn't offer information or engage. My customer service was on point--his, not so much. I'd been driving all day and was exhausted, wearing very casual clothes, but he felt very judgey. I asked to see the rooms after reading reviews. The first was rundown and not worth the $150 he quoted. He kept going into the back office between questions, implying he was busy or nearly full (there was only one car outside). When I asked to see the other side of the hotel, which had allegedly been updated, he bragged about being fully booked, though I only ever saw three cars. Odd. The second room was just okay, but I was too tired to find another hotel, so I stayed one night. Few things frustrate me more than visible neglect and lack of detail. There were drywall screw heads popping out, scuffed walls, holes, and water-damaged bathroom drywall from a poorly placed glass shower door--crumbling onto the floor. The floor itself was dirty. The outer entry door was peeling badly, shedding bits of clear coating onto the floor and my hands. The blinds appeared to not have been cleaned in months--which should be done regularly. The bed frame was filthy--dust, debris, bits of wrappers and food. It was clearly dirty, with oils, handprints, and dried liquids (I'll leave that to your imagination). The closet doors, off-white, had visible hand grime. The disinfectant wipes I used were brown - yuck. The lamp was dusty, an outlet near the bed had a broken metal piece stuck inside, and both the bathroom vent and hair dryer were caked with dust. The dryer filter hadn't been cleaned in ages. The countertop above the mini fridge was detaching, the bathroom shelf was decaying, and the shower glass hadn't been cleaned. The creamy drip marks on the wall--hopefully conditioner or soap--remained, and the grout was mold-stained. A simple bleach spray would've fixed it. The shower water pressure was awful, with calcification that needs vinegar soaking. It also leaked from the stem. Meanwhile, the sink had too much pressure. The cleaning staff were wonderful--always offering help. The issues here clearly stem from management, not staff. I realize this isn't a four-star hotel and that my standards are higher than average. Having worked in property management and emergency response, I've been in many homes across all conditions and know what "clean" should look like. I attached photos (which don't even capture all of it) so others can decide for themselves. Public beds and showers should be cleaned frequently so dust, germs, and bugs don't build up. The initial clerk did warm up by the end, and wasn't outright rude, just awkward and pretentious at first. When I checked out, a different man was working. He was extremely pushy, insisting I stay longer despite me saying I had to get back on the road. Then he handed me a clipboard and said it was mandatory to fill out--a sheet listing my name, room number, and space for comments, stacked under previous guests' notes. I told him I'd review the hotel online instead. He insisted I fill in each section, so under "comments" I wrote "review on Yelp." Other than being pushy, he was friendly--but it was an annoying end to a stay that wasn't worth the cost. Not the worst stay I've had, but definitely not one I'd repeat.

The Enchanted Manor was the first place we looked at and we both felt that it was the right fit. Georgia has created a little oasis in her back yard that we felt fit our vibe - lowkey, but classy. We had booked originally for approximately 60 guests, however once all the pieces fell into place we were closer to 50. Unfortunately our guest count dropped below 50 just after our window to let Georgia know, but she was kind enough to offer us the price difference. We applied that balance towards renting some heaters and lighting the fire pits as the weather got colder than anticipated, as well as to handling the trash. (Pay attention to the contract, you are responsible for removing trash or there is a fee.) One thing I didn't realize before booking was that there is space for a kitchen, but it needs to be built out for your event, so make sure you consider that into any costs. Georgia was really helpful and responsive to all of our questions (we had so many) and anything that we couldn't do she had very reasonable reasons. (For example, at one point I thought I'd like confetti, but she explained why she doesn't allow that on her property which made total sense!) The weeks before I became worried that there wasn't enough decor, so we bought some items that we ended up returning. Once the rentals arrived, combined with the lighting, everything was beautiful as it was. Though there is excellent lighting, I would recommend watching your step as we did have a few tripping incidents (that were not alcohol fueled in some cases) as the ground changed. It was more due to the way things were spaced and we'd have to make sure to look down as we stepped around things, but we managed to survive. We've started to see some photos and everything looked beautiful; it was a romantic but relaxed vibe which was just what we wanted. I worried it wouldn't feel like a wedding, but it did. Georgia was a gracious host, our guests enjoyed her home (we made sure to tell them that they could rent it as well for an overnight getaway) and we can't wait to start reading her book. She gave us the sweetest compliment after, saying how kind our guests were and how that spoke to who my husband and I were as well. We stayed in touch after the wedding and I hope we meet again in the future for events or just a dinner to hear of her adventures! PS - her cats were big hits all around, too!

This hotel was perfect since I really just needed a place to stay, but it is a budget hotel, so keep that in mind when you book. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked maybe a little too well. As other reviewers have noted, the carpet is definitely outdated and there are definitely parts of the hotel that are showing signs of wear. Other reviews mentioned the stacked parking, but when we came it wasn't very busy so we were able to find spots without having to worry about blocking anybody in or having to move our car. However I imagine if you come on a weekend it's a little more difficult. The area around is a little rough, but the garage is heavily monitored and we were able to leave stuff in our car without issue. We asked for a quiet room which didn't face the street, which we got, but I think the room faced some sort of playground because in the morning we would hear children laughing and playing so it wasn't so quiet in the early afternoon (luckily we were not in the room for too long) I appreciate how there is a microwave and a decent size fridge in the room which made it great for when we brought food along. One bummer is that we never got housekeeping. They stopped by really early and we told them to come back, but they never did. Since we were only there for two nights it wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice to get our rooms cleaned.

Jason was knowledgeable patient and very sweet . Jason alone gets 5 stars from me and my family. Now onto why I'm giving this place a 1 star review . We went straight to our room and as soon as we opened the doors we were greeted by a bunch of dirty cleaning towels yellow and blue assuming those where left by housekeeping alone , its unsettling to see that due to the fact that it automatically puts a sour thought in my mind and I quickly think this room has not been clean or touched :/ second issue although they do promote/offer free WiFi we unfortunately had trouble logging in to the tv as it kept giving us an error with the router :( Also it's so true about the walls being so THINNNN we had absolutely no sleep as we heard sirens all night and footsteps along the hallway every 20minutes beware you are in a busy street a lot going on. Lastly the following morning we had the fire alarms go off in the hotel and had the firefighters show up at 8 in the morning due to fire alarms going off . We of course took precautions and had to run down four floors of stairs just to go outside, no communication from the staff just a bunch of cold guest outside waiting to see if the ghost was clear..... what a show .. Oh they also loveeeeee pretending like they Care , I got an email asking if I wanted someone to contact me in which I did want a respond (looks like the Assistant to the GM, -Joshua tried) tried but not really succeed it after that ... like I said I'm never booking here again This was our first time booking here as we usually stay at the Hilton right across from universal in studio city . But due to full capacity there we had no choice but to book outside of our comfort zone .We are Hilton Honor member's and we did not enjoy our experience whatsoever....
