Today, someone else did my brows and I don't recall them ever doing mine but I had high expectations since everyone who work(ed) here were good. But this lady messed up my eyebrows. As you can see, one is thinner and one is thicker. I came in for a clean up and it doesn't even look like they cleaned it up. She also didn't ask me if I wanted aloe vera, she just put some without asking. I've been going to this place since 2021 and every time someone did my brows they asked if I would like some and I said yes every time. I had hired Ved to do the guest henna on the day of my Sangeet, but my bridal henna person ended up staying late, and having to do most of the guest henna (in addition to my bridal henna), due to Ved's unprofessionalism. He arrived more than 1 hour late, and once he did arrive, did a few hands of henna, but quickly took a "dinner break" shortly after his arrival. Once the singing started, he was busy mingling with my guests, socializing...even though many guests had not had their henna done yet. When asked to resume henna, he say "he'd much prefer to play the dholak with the singers! And could he please join them?" ...Seriously? Ved had a 2 hour minimum, but wanted to leave before that, falsely claiming that there were no more people wanting henna, when there were many people still awaiting henna. After all this he had the audacity to demand a gratuity! Overall, a disaster of a guest henna artist. While his henna work is actually good, his unprofessional attitude was a disaster. I wish I had not hired him.
