The demeanor, professionalism, skill, and techniques are all very impressive. Hannah is a complete joy. She has impeccable attention to detail. I also appreciate that she takes into account what your typical regimen is when cutting your hair (I'm very minimalist aka don't typically style my hair with tools and like to either air dry or throw my hair into a bun); she has given me low maintenance tips on how to manage it that I continue to use. In fact, I went to the Hair Cuttery today for a balayage (trying to go back to blonde from when Dena dyed my hair a beautiful brown for my wedding) and an undercut at the nape. They did a horrible job and I'm very seriously considering making an appointment with Shear Success because I know that they can fix my hair.
