I found Studio Lumen to be very unique. Before they would let us book and pay, we had a zoom call to go over our vision for our wedding and the things that were important for us, styles we liked, etc. to make sure that we were a good fit for them. I truly appreciated this because so many others just wanted to take the money to book before even trying to have a discussion at all. Jean-Marc and Fawzia took time to get to know us and wanted to help tell our story. We booked an engagement session and we're so happy with our photos. Jean-Marc arrived early both to the engagement shoot and on our wedding day. He worked hard to get literally hundreds of images and moments to remember. We got married in Banff and he was familiar with our venue and nearby photo spots. He helped us to avoid the crowds in Banff and was super organized, didn't rush, and made sure to take all the photos we wanted. He even offered to stay later if we needed.
