This location is much larger than the one in Birmingham. As far as hair goes, it can be very hit or miss. I've had amazing blowout that have lasted days and I've had other blowout that it doesn't even look like I did anything to my hair. The customer service has always been absolutely amazing and the shop manager has always try to make everything right. If you are here for a photo shoot for an important event, I would recommend requesting a senior stylist. Overall, I'm fairly happy with another Drybar location in the area! The managers at both Drybar locations and the district manager have always been amazing.

Also really wanted to highlight that I get nervous getting blowouts as someone with pretty curly hair as I've left salons in the past with poofy hair, so I made sure to mention it when making an appointment over the phone and was happy to hear that they had quite a few people that could work with textured hair! You were combative about giving me a refund and wanted to do a call. I wanted your promise of a refund on text as this whole thing was a mess. I showed her pictures of the styles I wanted, and she made everything look amazing! Amber uses nice and gentle makeup products, which was great for mine and my sister's sensitive skin. She's very detail oriented and quick to respond to make sure you are pleased as a customer. She was able to accommodate everyone getting their hair and makeup done, with no worry of running over the allotted time. I showed up the day of my wedding with no time for a prior dry run for hair and makeup, just a couple of pictures of what I wanted, and she did it all perfectly. I even forgot my lip color and she was able to put together a beautiful color from what she had. Could not have been happier. 10/5 stars.
