We agreed on a light blonde color and a hairstyle that would take 2 inches off of my very long hair. I walked out with orange hair, the color didn't even go to my roots. Worst of all he cut 6 inches off of my hair and it's so uneven and longer in some places. When I called to try to work it out and asked politely for a refund he threatened me by informing me one of his brothers was a police officer and the other brother was an attorney. She then tells me she would cut some of the length off so she "didn't waste any color on my hair". Tells me she will do a "warm brown" color to match my complexion. I.said I didn't want it too dark.
