I first had a full body massage by Marta. They offer male or female massages, Oil or oil less. After the hour long massage I decided to have a facial by Van. It was for two hours. Van did a fantastic job. Great smoothly lotion, steam, laser and a face mask. Plus the music selection was extraordinary, extremely smoothly. Compare to the hotel prices her price was very reasonable. This location also offers a roof top lounge and many other relaxing rooms to sleep or just to take a nap. I recommended Venus to anyone staying near the George V hotel or surrounding areas. Ask Van for a tour of the facility. Very clean and modern.

I wish I could bring her home with me to Miami. Spa is inside of Mercure Hotel. It's nice and relaxing. I wish I could have had a longer massage with her. Price is so decent for what it is. Primeiro pq eles cobram 15 reais de estacionamento dos seus clientes(mesmo q as vagas em frente a porta estejam livres). Me irrita essa mania do comerciante brasileiro em querer arrancar dinheiro do seu cliente de todas as formas possíveis. O serviço já nao é barato, ainda vai cobrar estacionamento? Detalhe: na unidade higienópolis tem serviço de manobrista e jamais me cobraram um centavo. Alem disso, apos a minha massagem, outra surpresa na hora de pagar: a recepcionista queria me cobrar um valor acima daquele q foi passado pra mim por telefone com a justificativa q eu havia feito 60 min(detalhe: eu marquei a de 50 min). Ou seja, falta tb um pouco de organização na recepção. Eu tb não gostei da reflexologia nos pés(mas daí já é uma questão pessoal minha)... Achei doloroso. A terapeuta disse que é normal sentir um pouco de dor pois algumas pessoas tem sensibilidade aumentada nessa regiao, mas não vou ao massagista para sentir dor e sim pra relaxar. A massagem relaxante deles é bem feita e a profissional que me atendeu trabalha superbem, o que me incomodou aqui foi, sem dúvida, a parte administrativa.
