I waited for 20 minutes before phoning and finding out. My prior experience was not promising either. My masseuse did not stop talking about herself. I prefer a silent massage, but she was far too talkative, interrupted me and was generally very unfocused. She spent about a half hour to prepare the room, which I felt should have been done before my arrival. After they were so unprofessional for not informing me that their locations changed, I won't be going back.
