We called and were able to get two replacements quickly and for a fair price. The best part was that we were able to finish rigging everything up while our projectors were delivered to us. CollaboCrate offered support with a 24/7 phone number; while we didn't really need that, it's nice to know that a smaller crew would have some sort of help if they needed it. We worked with a few rental companies when we were getting started and those experiences had pushed us to purchase and maintain our own gear. If we had this kind of attention and ease of rental all the time we would have opted to rent most of our equipment and left the maintenance to someone else. This is how it should be done.

He was friendly, simplified everything then and there, and told me what the next steps would be. I ordered online, paid via paypal, and Norris was there on the day of the wedding reception ready to set up. He was professional, friendly, and did everything by the book. The equipment worked without any problems and we had some fantastic music streaming off of Spotify for the length of the party. After it was time to pack up, Norris came by and disassembled everything by himself. I offered to help setting up and taking things down, and--like a true professional--said he could handle himself. If there is another event that I need to rent PA equipment from, I would definitely do it from Clear Sound Atlanta.
