The worker called the owner whom blamed it on the wholesalers and told me unfortunately they do not do refunds under any circumstances even for provably counterfeit products. Ooze on there website states they do not use purple lights so the purple light and lack of authentication number on the front proves it's fake as I would have been able to get it fixed through warranty if it was a real product. After showing these issues to the owner they eventually offered an exchange instead of the refund I wanted but wouldn't give me the battery I wanted (which was the same price) likely because it also has ways to check for counterfeit instead giving me a cookies battery with no packaging. They have quite an extensive selection of all spirits, some local, some that you see all the time on bar/restaurant menus, and some brands that you may have never seen before.
