He gave us an outrageous price, but we agreed since we were told that our yard would look like it did when they arrived and we knew that wouldn't be an easy job given the size of our stumps and our yard. His assistant had to borrow tools and oil for his chainsaw from my husband.. what professional comes that unprepared? They ran over my neighbor's yard with their machine and completely destroyed my yard. It looked as if bombs had gone off in our backyard and every single stump was still there, cut up in my yard. At first, the only thing I requested he fix was my neighbor's property. He told my husband to go buy soil and he'd come back to rake it, then drove away (never to return). I called his office and had a five hour long back and forth resulting with him hanging up on me and refusing to fix or refund anything because he "did a great job." His office sent out some landscapers the next day that somewhat fixed my back yard, but totally destroyed the yard on the side of my house. We have already spent hundreds of dollars fixing what he had destroyed and we have barely even started. We discovered today that not one root system was removed. I called the owner asking for his business license number and he told me he would not help me and hung up on me. I called the city of Atlanta and he does not have a license. Save yourself thousands of dollars, many many headaches, and please do not do business with these unprofessionals.
