He took the time to work with us and understand exactly what we were looking for. Not to mention pricing was super affordable. For some reason I've had bad luck with landscape contractors in this area previously. People don't answer the phone, make estimate appointments that they don't show up to, have a ridiculous "$5,000 minimum" policy and/or don't work within your budget. Not Lazaro and Integrity, they are the best.

The tree cutting and chipping took all day with 8 employees working like a well oiled machine. All business and no playing around. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and they left my yard in great condition just like it was when they showed up minus the 8 trees. I would definitely hire them again if needed. The final invoice was significantly higher than other vendors and learned that Jason charged $80 an hour for unskilled labor which is greater than my auto mechanic, carpenter, etc. My mistake in not getting a quote before the work was the culprit. I recommended them to my daughter and she had them remove old wallpaper and popcorn ceilings. After smoothing all the surfaces, they painted the ceiling, walls and trim and the condo looked better than new! Nate does a great job of communicating and scheduling. They show up when they say they will and let me know ahead of time if they need additional paint so that the jobs move along without delay. As many will know who are reading this, that "word-of-mouth" comes with its fair share of risk. After hiring a number of contractors to do various jobs around the house, we experienced the full gambit of poor and unreliable results. One of the main contractors we hired rarely showed up, extremely lacking in their work ethic, and left the yard a trash pit when they did show up. Not to mention the job wasn't completed and took four times as long as promised, and communication was few and far between. This is where we were extremely lucky to find Alex. Not only does Alex show up right on time if not early, but he also completes the work we hired him for efficiently and expertly. He seems to have an endless skill set that we are more than happy to explore as we have many projects to get done. Alex has expertly leveled and treated the ground before laying the sod for the front and back yards. Moved tons of rock up and down stairs, installed rock/grass edging, planted bushes and trees, installed sprinkler lines (including digging) with gauges, and laid a brick wall as well as pavers all with the expertise of a large experienced company. He has cleaned up my mountains of leaves and had no problem bagging them up, chopped up lots of brush, started repairing my back driveway, fenced off an area, and cleaned up my giant front and back yards and 2 driveways, 2 decks, and even set up an outside feral cat house which none of the many contractors I have had here would touch. Also All American Tree Specialist damaged the gutters on my house, removed my fence and never reinstalled it, and destroyed my chiminea and never even told me about it. He often works by himself which can be dangerous. Final negative comment is All American Trees Specialist's failure to communicate. Can't keep his word on when he will come work. 6 times told me he would come finish the job and no showed on me. When I could get him to work, he would show up at irregular intervals, never with any prior coordination.
