Brought in a crew of 5-6 people and several pieces of heavy equipment. In less than 4.5 hours he had five 40+ ft trees down, stumps ground, mulch cleaned up and removed and the ground leveled (with a skid steer). VERY reasonable. We decided on a date a few days later. All of a sudden I'm at work and I'm seeing on my cameras they showed up a day early from what we decided. Would've been nice to have communicated this to me, but whatever. I have a neighbor who wanted the tree trunk for the maple being torn down, as he is a carpenter, and Tom agreed to bringing it over to him next door which I did appreciate. One half was brought over and the second piece was not because somehow their Bobcat machine was broken in the process of taking down our very large stump. Our yard was pretty torn apart. I get that heavy machinery is involved but it did seem a bit careless and rushed to me. They left one of their tools in the yard too? So because this Bobcat needed to be towed out, there sits the second large tree trunk in our yard. Too big to move. 3 months later, it still sits, after SEVERAL phone calls and voicemails to Tom. They refuse to help finish the job that they started, after charging me $3,000+. Ignoring me, not returning calls. He finally picked up the most recent call of mine, was swearing at me saying "There was a lot of shit on back order for the Bobcat, and we have had a lot of shit going on." Extremely unprofessional to me and rude. Not sure a business owner should be talking to and treating his customers like this. I will NEVER use this company ever again and I do not recommend.

Needless to say, a new roof, is also coming this week. J & J Tree Service was one of my many call for a quote. He gave me a very fair price, and the completed job, as I said, was great! J & J's crew cleaned up the lawn, blow off my roof and the roadway. ​So thank you John, and your crew, Mike the Monkey, as I referred to him, Josh, and all the ground crew for all their hard work. My neighbor was impressed also...and they are now working on her trees today. So keep J & J Tree Service in mind when you need help with a tree!

Had to follow up 3 times to get a response, Mike came by and agreed to fix it within a week. Followed up again a week later and received no response, fence still damaged.
