I was sworn at when asked the male who was doing the work to please stop hitting my windows and siding with the massive tree branches, and when I called to follow up with this and address my complaints I was further hung up on and accused of things. Please re-train your employees on customer service and handling of materials. I will be filing a BBB complaint.

E-mailed them with my concerns and to their credit, they called back immediately and arranged a date for October 11th at 8:00. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this time. Today, no one showed up at my house...even though Beswick were out trimming my neighbour's property at 8:30 this morning. Maybe they went the wrong house? Don't care. Cancelled the contract.

I appreciate their respectful manner when dealing with clients and their property. I also value their knowledge which they demonstrate through their workmanship.
