Not only did he raise his voice and yell at me (a senior woman) but he used profanity and yelled abusive and disgusting words at me including the "f" word and "b" words. He also refused to explain a method he wanted to use on my tree, unless I paid him extra to do so. Never in my life have I encountered such an aggressive, abusive service person. Furthermore, I called the office to lodge a complaint, and no one bothered to get back to me. Be wise and steer clear of this one!

Both jobs were completed to our absolute satisfaction and we were very impressed with Thomas's professionalism and skill. The maple was close to a large picture window, so great care was taken in roping and lowering large tree sections. The big tamarack (about 100 feet) was felled in one piece and came down exactly in the middle of a previously positioned tarpaulin. I would certainly recommend King Tree Service and will call them again if the need arises.
