HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MAGGIE!!!…read more During my last night in Whitefish, I was looking for a souvenir shirt. After shopping for a while, my husband and I ended up at Northwind Shirt Company. I was SUPER impressed with their selection of t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, etc...and ended up purchasing a grey sweatshirt. Maggie was incredibly friendly and helpful, during our shopping visit, and the three of us were chitchatting about the area and whatnot. She happened to mention that her brother owned Montana Tap House nearby. My husband and I left to do some more shopping, and about an hour later (after the shop had closed), I realized that I had left my purse in the dressing room and I had a 6:35a.m. flight home to Arkansas. I called the shop to no avail, and then remembered that Maggie had told us about her brother. I had the idea to navigate to Montana Tap House...hopefully find someone that knew her brother, and in turn reach out to Maggie. And that's exactly what we did. Upon arriving at the tap room, I walked up to the bartender and told him my situation. He smiled and said that he could help. Maggie's brother (owner of Montana Tap House) was literally sitting two chairs down from me. He called Maggie and within 10 minutes, she met me back at Northwind Shirt Company and unlocked the doors for me to retrieve my purse. I paid $15.50 to have a coat cleaned which would have been fine, but when I got home there was hair and fuzz all over it and I had to take a roller to it. It honestly didn't look like it had been cleaned. The hours are 12:30 to 5:30 and when I got there at 12:45 it was closed. So I left a phone message to see when they wold open. The owner/employee returned the call a bit later and said she had overslept cause her cat turned off her alarm..so the hours are not real convenient. I love supporting and seeing small businesses succeed but honestly, I don't know how this one does it. You can give it a try and see if you have better luck but I won't be back. Very unprofessional business.

It was a great summer dress but the fabric was a little delicate so I was almost worried that it might not be able to be fixed. I found this place and dropped it off, the woman working said she could get it fixed that same day! Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick it back up for a few days because of my schedule but when I did it was perfect and she hardly charged me a thing. If I had had more time I would've taken in another dress that I damaged but I didn't. I would easily recommend this business to anyone.

Those that don't usually have a sign that say no animals. This store does not have any such sign and I decided to bring my dog in with me just to look around. He's very well behaved and was on a leash. The lady at the front counter did give me a greeting as I came in but said nothing about my dog or any no pet policy. After I passed her and was no more than 15 feet into the store, I heard her ask her coworker, quit loudly enough so that I could hear, " What happened to our no pet signs that used to be out front?" Why be so caddy to make comments behind my back instead of just telling me I'd sorry we don't allow dogs in the store? I would have gladly returned my dog to my truck and come back in for my purchases, instead I just took my dog and we left.

I emailed them originals and instructions beforehand, then picked up my large (nearly $500) order in person and added something to it on the spot. Throughout the process, they were responsive, professional, skilled, and fair. They spotted something that wouldn't look right when printed and offered to correct it before printing. For my on-the-spot need, they allowed me to work with the artist to get it just right, select the right paper stock, etc. On top of all that, their pricing was lower than other vendors in the area I had contacted, and the way they calculated the price was more than fair. Don't hesitate to use them! I certainly would if I were ever back in the area.
