They had it in their records that Snoopy didn't take much to treats and Riley asked us what his favorites are. When she heard peanut butter, she came back with a dish of it and bribed Snoopy thru the whole process. He was still wiggly, but there was no hint of aggression. I was also treated very rudely by staff when I took her in with a cough that turned out to be a collapsing trachea. One tech yelled at me and and said "way to go.
