I took my teenage daughter here for an eye examination. My teen was worried because her sight has…read morebeen deteriorating. The optometrist freaked her out so much more. The whole time she was examining my daughter the optometrist kept muttering quite loudly "oh, this is bad, this is bad" - probably about 30 times. The last thing anyone needs to hear when they are being examined! There was no reassurance or positivity from the optometrist at all. The optometrist also told my daughter she should never use ipads or mobile phones because they ruin eye sight. In the end the prescription wasn't too much different from her previous one. We will never be going back there.
