On October 1, I called twice requesting an update, again no one called. ,again no return call. On Oct 2 I called again and was upbraided by the secretary who said that they were " swamped with the busiest workload in 26 years" - never an apology for never getting back. Do Not have to pay ANYTHING UPFRONT, AVI SAID "NO! " but he kept asking for $50 till today, Friday, Sept 19, 2025. Then he said today that we had spoken over the phone. We never spoke on the phone. We only spoke on something called " WhatsApp" he sent me a message on TikTok & I have one message on my regular messenger from Avi, but we never spoke over a phone as he said in a message &I have a photocopy of all my messages, then the past two days I was getting phone calls from Morgan & Morgan law firm didn't know why till today, Friday that he had referred my case over to them, Avi said I was not being completely cooperative with him. That I have dealt with other attorneys before! excuse me? I haven't dealt with anybody right now. I don't even have a current attorney right now. I choose not to pursue a case because of all the mumbo-jumbo & backlash that I get from what's going on now this just proves a point of what he just did to me this law firm wanted copy of my DL #, SS Number, bank statements, if I was receiving cash aid assistance, if I had outstanding debts or otherwise, ask me what my medical conditions were twice, and again kept asking me over & over for the $50 "dispatch fee" but it does say "you pay nothing unless we help you win your case" on the website!! I was being very cooperative and doing everything I needed to, but this attorney just told me to the side and tried to hand me over like secondhand merchandise to another law firm, and asked me did you get the call?! so unprofessional! Avi was getting too personal with his questions! I am extremely hurt!

He's absolutely wonderful as a lawyer and as a person. My father had a serious accident on the job and the worker's compensation insurance company illegally denied my father's claim. Due to the severity of my father's injury, they knew it would cost them millions to provide my father's care, so they denied my father's claim illegally to see if we'd simply go away. (They sent a letter of denial without a reason - which is illegal) Basically, some people receive that denial letter, give up on their claim not knowing they're being defrauded and go away (and most likely become financially ruined). Even though this is illegal, it makes sense for the insurance company to do this, because it saves them a ton of money and if all goes well, they can get away Scott free. My father was in the ICU fighting for his life when we got this denial letter, so you can imagine mine and my mother's despair. I knew the profit-driven American Healthcare System was broken, but I didn't know just how dirty the insurance companies play until I had to deal with them. A family friend, who is also a client of Mr Dillon, had recommended him to me and I don't think I could have chosen a better lawyer. Even with the best worker's comp lawyer on the case, the insurance dragged my family through the mud the next year and a half fighting every penny. During this ordeal, Mr. Dillon helped my family deal with our situation both legally and mentally, which I (and my parents) will be forever grateful. And yes, we won the case. The judge even punished the insurance company for that illegal letter they sent us.
