The office kept calling us and sending reminders to be on time. We got there exactly on time, but yet needed to wait about 15 minutes for the attorney to join us. A secretary asked us to complete a form with our private info, including SS# and more. We kindly dismissed it, stating "we only have a question". A short middle age fellow in a gray suit entered, said "Hello"" and asked why we were there. We started to ask the question, when someone from or party took over asking the question. The middle age fellow, who we assume was Mr. Zaltz, interrupted and asked a question. I proceeded to answer "AKA name, and the last name". Then I said "Whatever". Meaning, it was irrelevant to the question we had. Mr. Zaltz turned towards myself and my husband and said in a very loud rude voice, "When I ask a question, you don't answer "Whatever". You respond and do as I say! And when my girls in the office tell you to do something, you do it without question!" I turned to my husband blankly and shocked! We stared at each other for a moment. The other party continued to explain our question, as Mr. Zaltz again turned to us and started to yell. "If you don't like what I am telling you and you cannot follow my rules, you can get the hell out of my office!" My husband and I stood up immediately and slowly walked out. The audacity to yell at a potential client and a woman, was just too much to sit through. I do not recommend this "Attorney" for anyone. Do not believe all the positive reviews which are posted. There is no way that a so -called attorney would get those reviews honestly. We hope this will prevent others form being shamed as I have.

He's absolutely wonderful as a lawyer and as a person. My father had a serious accident on the job and the worker's compensation insurance company illegally denied my father's claim. Due to the severity of my father's injury, they knew it would cost them millions to provide my father's care, so they denied my father's claim illegally to see if we'd simply go away. (They sent a letter of denial without a reason - which is illegal) Basically, some people receive that denial letter, give up on their claim not knowing they're being defrauded and go away (and most likely become financially ruined). Even though this is illegal, it makes sense for the insurance company to do this, because it saves them a ton of money and if all goes well, they can get away Scott free. My father was in the ICU fighting for his life when we got this denial letter, so you can imagine mine and my mother's despair. I knew the profit-driven American Healthcare System was broken, but I didn't know just how dirty the insurance companies play until I had to deal with them. A family friend, who is also a client of Mr Dillon, had recommended him to me and I don't think I could have chosen a better lawyer. The minute he saw that letter he told me it was illegal and took the case. Even with the best worker's comp lawyer on the case, the insurance dragged my family through the mud the next year and a half fighting every penny. During this ordeal, Mr. Dillon helped my family deal with our situation both legally and mentally, which I (and my parents) will be forever grateful. And yes, we won the case. The judge even punished the insurance company for that illegal letter they sent us. (granted their punishment was just a slap on the wrist, but by writing this review I hope people will know that a denial letter isn't the end of the world) Not only is Mr. Dillon a great lawyer, he's compassionate and caring towards his clients. On September 25 I called as a follow up to se that everything was in order, I left a message as no one picked up. On October 1, I called twice requesting an update, again no one called. ,again no return call. On Oct 2 I called again and was upbraided by the secretary who said that they were " swamped with the busiest workload in 26 years" - never an apology for never getting back.
