If I could, I would give this place zero stars , I don't know what kind of attorney This law firm is or was but it says on their web site"YOU PAY NOTHING UNLESS WE HELP YOU WIN YOUR CASE" But from the beginning, I was being asked to send $50 for a "dispatch fee" for my paperwork, I asked straight up and honestly forward. Do Not have to pay ANYTHING UPFRONT, AVI SAID "NO! " but he kept asking for $50 till today, Friday, Sept 19, 2025. Then he said today that we had spoken over the phone. We never spoke on the phone. We only spoke on something called " WhatsApp" he sent me a message on TikTok & I have one message on my regular messenger from Avi, but we never spoke over a phone as he said in a message &I have a photocopy of all my messages, then the past two days I was getting phone calls from Morgan & Morgan law firm didn't know why till today, Friday that he had referred my case over to them, Avi said I was not being completely cooperative with him. That I have dealt with other attorneys before! excuse me? I haven't dealt with anybody right now. I don't even have a current attorney right now. I choose not to pursue a case because of all the mumbo-jumbo & backlash that I get from what's going on now this just proves a point of what he just did to me this law firm wanted copy of my DL #, SS Number, bank statements, if I was receiving cash aid assistance, if I had outstanding debts or otherwise, ask me what my medical conditions were twice, and again kept asking me over & over for the $50 "dispatch fee" but it does say "you pay nothing unless we help you win your case" on the website!! I was being very cooperative and doing everything I needed to, but this attorney just told me to the side and tried to hand me over like secondhand merchandise to another law firm, and asked me did you get the call?! so unprofessional! Avi was getting too personal with his questions! I am extremely hurt! read more

Hi my name is Cristina. I applied for SSDI back on 10/2021. I have been trying to reach someone for 4 days to discuss my case and I haven't heard from anyone. I have called the number provided with an extension of 104 and left 4 messages but I haven't heard from the person at that extension. I'm not sure what is going on but this is very discouraging. I had Avi as a representative and he was amazing. I had initially hired an outside organization that referred me to Avi and they gave him such a short time to gather all the information he needed for my hearing. The man had to struggle and if I win or lose, I know Avi did his best and it wouldn't be his fault if I lost my case. He was literally given less than two weeks to gather 3 years worth of medical notes from 5-6 different doctors because ALLSUP did NOT provide him with anything that I had given them. If I could, I would totally remove Allsup from the equation if I do win since they did absolutely nothing and Avi did all the hard work. Avi is the man. read more

Avi was assigned to me by a larger Company . Until we connected I was left to do my own work. The larger Co was probably recommended by other disabled ppl because they get a fee for anyone who they give a referral for who ends up winning their case. I wont do that. I recommend Avi. And I am not getting anything from him for doing so. Disabled ppl have a hard enough time as it is. We need attn and help from the start. Avi spent time with me on the phone, even after he won my case to try to help me with issues related to my case and care. He was Responsive & took, telephone calls he is trustworthy and honest & friendly and compassionate and approachable. He was able to win my hearing without me even going to the hearing. --- a bonus for me with severe energy issues due to my disability. I only wish he knew a cure and treatment for my disease. read more

Not positive, not negative. They most certainly did NOT work for me. I am not a fan of firms who hire seemingly rookie or inexperienced paralegals in other States to do their work for them. Personalized service is not to be expected, as most everything I stated in the initial phone call, including the fact that I am autistic and despise using the phone, was completely ignored. Rather than respond, in writing, to a very simple question in email, the paralegal called me over and over again... Unprofessional and annoying. At am empas, I was sent a generic email, rescinding legal oversight of my case. Good call. I was planning to send my own, today. In hindsight, it's probably best not to even humor someone who advertises on sites like TikTok and to go with a local firm who will provide far more professional and personalized service. Filing fees were waived, which was the only thing to do, as the work submitted was minimal, amateurish, & borderline offensive. I have no opinion as to whether or not you should use this firm for your own SS/Di case. That's something you'll have to carefully decide on your own, after speaking with others who've already been through your situation and/or circumstances. read more

The office kept calling us and sending reminders to be on time. We got there exactly on time, but yet needed to wait about 15 minutes for the attorney to join us. A secretary asked us to complete a form with our private info, including SS# and more. We kindly dismissed it, stating "we only have a question". A short middle age fellow in a gray suit entered, said "Hello"" and asked why we were there. We started to ask the question, when someone from or party took over asking the question. The middle age fellow, who we assume was Mr. Zaltz, interrupted and asked a question. I proceeded to answer "AKA name, and the last name". Then I said "Whatever". Meaning, it was irrelevant to the question we had. Mr. Zaltz turned towards myself and my husband and said in a very loud rude voice, "When I ask a question, you don't answer "Whatever". You respond and do as I say! And when my girls in the office tell you to do something, you do it without question!" I turned to my husband blankly and shocked! We stared at each other for a moment. The other party continued to explain our question, as Mr. Zaltz again turned to us and started to yell. "If you don't like what I am telling you and you cannot follow my rules, you can get the hell out of my office!" My husband and I stood up immediately and slowly walked out. The audacity to yell at a potential client and a woman, was just too much to sit through. I do not recommend this "Attorney" for anyone. Do not believe all the positive reviews which are posted. There is no way that a so -called attorney would get those reviews honestly. We hope this will prevent others form being shamed as I have.

I spoken to Mr. Leibovic maybe two times at least and I have left some message about the status of my case. I have gotten no answer from no one yet. I am kind of leery about the Lawyer's able too handle my SSI case because him and his stuff in the office do not know how too answer their calls. He said that; " He would take my case." But my question is how can you take someone case if you do not let the clients know what's the status of their case? I am sitting home trying to recover but I am also bored. I need to know what is going on and I need to know the next steps are going to be. I love to have a lawyer who knows how to communicate. read more

I had never need to retain an attorney before... but I did. The one that I had chosen was disbarred 2 weeks from my hearing with an ALJ. Avi and his team stepped in on short notice and represented me with my SSDI case.
