When I was searching on the internet for a vendor for a Candy buffet for my son's baptism I kept on…read moregoing back to Sweetlips design website. Something about the quality of their designs caught my eye and I was right. I informed them I wanted a Mario/Luigi green colored theme for the candy buffet. They got it right on the dot. I was presented with an AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL Candy buffet. Not only were the kids happy but the adults were acting like kids and filling their boxes (the boxes had my sons picture on them and ribbon alternating green and blue for tying) of all sorts of sweet and sour candy with chocolates that had my sons picture on the them. I also had them set up personalized gumball machines for the kids instead of Escort cards at the tables. I had purchased Escort sticks and I couldn't figure out what I could stick them into. Again...they came to the rescue and suggested Mini-cupcakes. I was worried that there wouldn't be enough candy, we all know with kids it would disappear in a flash. They assured me that their would be plenty for everyone. Not were their plenty for everyone, their was tons of candy left over for me to take home it's been a couple of days and my kids are still bouncing off the walls from the left overs. Most of all, Sweetlips understood what I wanted, it was easy to work with them, the owner is a wonderful. If something came up and I was stress up to my neck she was there to calm me down. They delivered and if I could have a party every week, Sweetlips design will be my first and only choice. Thank goodness we didn't and had the awesome chance to work with Ann of Ann J Kim! Leading up to the wedding, she was thoroughly helpful AND very talented as well-- she designed and created my bouquet, made the bridesmaid bouquet (which my husband designed! :)), made the boutineers, as well as designing the flower arrangement on our sweetheart table! And that was a very last minute situation because my husband and my original ideas for those out of season flowers were not going to work once we visited the Flower market in downtown LA with her. Not only was she amazing with the flowers, she was completely professional and thoroughly invested in making sure my wedding went without a hitch. The day of the wedding, I was stress free (but tired from the late night and last minute items... which Ann stayed til the very end to work with us on). She did a wonderful job making sure the flow of the ceremony and reception was smooth. The most impressive part was how she handled the very last minute (day of) changes for our ceremony setup! Her thoughtfulness in how I would feel as a bride walking down an actual aisle was taken into consideration as she collaborated with the onsite day of coordinator for our venue. Super professional and very flexible!! Her warm demeanor and constant smiling also eased my stress as we were planning the last details. Those things about her also, calmed my nerves the day of our wedding and made me feel like everything was in complete control. The organizers were very attentive and had everything ready when we arrived. The location they picked on the beach was quiet and perfect for private gathering. The table setting was great and showed attention to detail. The kids enjoyed the painting and everyone played the corn hole game. The food was very tasty and fresh. We definitely will book them again and recommend them to all that want a beautiful picnic without the hassle of setting up.
