I had an appointment here recently and unfortunately did not have the best experience. Before the…read moreappointment, I clearly explained what I wanted and let him know my budget, which was $215. The appointment took quite a while, and when it was finished, the result wasn't really what I had asked for. I tried to overlook it at first, but I was already feeling disappointed. Toward the end, he mentioned that he was very busy and might not have time to fully style my hair. I understand being busy, but as a paying client, I expected the full service and not to feel rushed. The ending felt hurried, and I didn't feel like the attention to detail was there. On top of that, I was told the total was $230 instead of the $215 we discussed. It felt overpriced compared to what we had agreed on, and I ended up needing my dad to come help me with the payment situation. Overall, I just wish there had been better communication, clearer pricing, and more care taken with the final result.

The salon is probably best known for their vibrant colors, but don't let that fool you into thinking they can't do an amazing job with natural colors as well. Hailey made sure my hair was exactly as I wanted it and that was not an easy job. It was a color correction as well as a full head of color. I showed her a picture and she went to work. When it was a little lighter than I liked she had me come back the next day and I was absolutely amazed when it was perfect. This amount of work took time and she was so happy to dedicate her entire afternoon to me. I'm beyond happy and so excited I finally found my forever hair stylist. It helps she's a complete doll too!

Lucas was patient and gave me a great haircut until I was just about to walk out of the building. I…read moreasked for long layers to be added to my hair without taking off any length. He did that. It looked great. I told him it looked perfect that my hair has never looked so good. It was exactly what I wanted. I wanted my super thick hair thinned and not choppy. He then says he's going to make it "perfect." Im really confused because I just told him it looked perfect but I trusted him to just do some last minute trimming. Well next thing I know half my hair is gone. I'm in shock I said I wish you hadn't done that; tried to look on the bright side and think of how it'll always grow back. I paid, ran out the door and have been crying ever since. I don't see any layers left. I have short bangs and half my hair chopped off. It feels thicker on the ends than when I started. It is literally a nightmare. I cannot put my hair up in a bun anymore without a hair tie because it's so bluntly cut on the ends. Wish I never went in, I'll have to wait a year for it to all grow out. In the meantime I have to spend extra time to get extensions put in. The reason I'm writing this is because had he stopped and just done what I had asked i would have been really enjoying this hair cut. I can't go back and fix it but I do hope Lucas reads this and starts actually listening to his customers so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Common courtesy dictates that you do not book and confirm appointments for someone whom you do not employee. Another client in the salon said they had treated her the same way the week prior. Another stylist offered to fit me in his schedule. I had to wait an hour past my appointment time and then unfortunately got a haircut that did not workout for my hair. This stylist was very apologetic but did not have the required time to do anything but a rushed job. The front desk person came just short of calling me a liar about the appointment until I showed her my phone messages. The salon manager never apologized during our telephone conversations. She only wanted to make sure I would wait the hour to have a haircut. It did not take long for this lash place to ruin a nice hair salon. It is evident that hair is not a priority anymore.
