I was able to schedule my appointment very quickly, they were on time, they were so friendly, you can tell really love dogs...and my dog looks and smells amazing . Nails, tootsies...and fur so pretty! Finally, not to gush too much, but I usually can't stand those bandanas that groomers put on dogs, but I love this tie . They don't love bath time at the self-serve dog wash stations, but don't seem to mind the nail clippings. I, on the other hand, appreciate the convenience of the elevated dog wash stations with the portable dryer. If preferred there is also a separate room available to dry your dog. With multiple stations and employees, we have always been able to walk in for a dog wash and nail trim. On busier days we have been added to a waitlist. The list moved quickly so it really only took and extra 5-10 min. We used that time to peruse the shelves, which we wanted to do anyway. Most of the items and services are reasonably priced for a specialty dog shop. Only thing I don't like is price difference between the nail trim and grinds. They seem to take roughly equal effort and time and other places charge the same price for either service. The website needs updating since I believe nail trims cost $15 and the nail grind is $25. The website lists $10. If I'm remembering correctly. The employees are all enthusiastic and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you are assisted and offer to recommend products as needed to match your dog's preference. They will even assist with fitting your dog with a harness. We have visited numerous times for toys, treats, supplies, baths, and nail care. I appreciate their rewards program that offers complimentary treats and services. I recommend this dog shop to others and look forward to returning!

Anyway, I was looking for a nice grooming place for my doggie and decided to try The Pawty after reading a lot of awesome reviews on Yelp... and OMG, I am so glad I found this place because I gotta say, this place is the best grooming place I've ever been to. First of all, I really like the name of this place, how cute... and brilliant. The Pawty haha! Secondly, I love the fact that this place doesn't cage dogs. I mean "grooming" is pretty stressful to dogs already, so caging them for hours and making them wait on us for a while? nope, not a big fan. I made an appointment with Keeley thru the phone and gosh, let me tell you this, she is the best/nicest groomer ever. When we got there, Teddy was too nervous and as soon as she picked him up, he pooped! I felt so bad but Keeley just laughed and tried so hard to make my dog feel comfortable. My dog has some kind of anxiety issue and when I met Keeley, I already knew that Teddys in good hands! I told Keeley what kind of haircut I wanted, things about Teddy, etc. I could tell Keeley truly cares about dogs and she will treat your dogs just like hers! She did such an amazing job with my little man Teddy and I was so impressed; perfect nails, poofy tails, his body hair looked so even, and oh my god, Teddy smelled so good for days!!! I think that for this kind of amazing job and the fact that my dog doesn't need to wait on me in the cage for hours, this price is very reasonable. Teddy and I just came back from our second visit today and Teddy seemed like he had such a great time with Keeley! Keeley always tells me how Teddy did, what I need to know about his coat and skin, and other little stuff I can miss easily. The last couple of times she groomed our dog there were a couple of issues, so the last time she came to our home to take care of our dog I brought those issues to her attention. A few days later she sent an email ending our "business relationship" because though our "complaints and concerns are valid" she "could not confirm or deny" what happened. I wish to point out that when I told her of these concerns that I was as polite as I could be with her, so that she was aware of what happened. In her email to us she expressed that she felt very anxious while working on our dog after our exchange. Which is part of the reason she quit. After 5 years of having her come to our house to groom our pet and having a pleasant business relationship we thought we had, we thought that bringing things like this to her attention would be nothing more than something for her to consider while working on our pet, regardless of whether she could confirm or deny what she was being being told.
